At best, he'll get 60% votes in the West but that's not at all good enough to give him a chance to the presidency. If PDP fields Atiku, the East and North will vote him. The west will vote him too. If PDP fields Peter Obi, the east will give him block votes, the west will give up to 40% and the north will give up to 60% if Peter uses a northerner as VP.
