No election has ever been overturn in Nigeria as a result of violent. The Only and most important evidences tenable in the court includes, ballot papers used for the election , the forms and result sheets. If they can detect over voting, mutilated result sheets, wrong tabulation of data, and they must get somebody as a witness from each of the polling unit the insident occurs. Don't also forget that the APC will also inspect the process of verification and if they find out that PDP also engage in falsification of some result, then the court will know how to settle the matter. To me both APC, SDP, and PP engage in manipulation of the election.
