So here's the plan , Tinubu's power lies in his money cos his Muslim/Muslim ticket plus APC's disastrous 8 years ruling the country can't secure votes naturally ,,, so the plan is to frustrate the free flow of hard currencies by making the money in circulation useless before the election and starving everyone of the new notes , even on election Day , bank networks will be faulty so as to make it impossible for wire transfer to be used to buy votes at the polling units , if you can't transfer or give a hungry man cash at the polling unit , you wouldn't be able to buy his vote , lol .

Once money is out of the equation ,it will then boil down to popularity and general acceptance . Tinubu will then only win the South west with a tight margin and get some votes up North because of APC incumbency , Peter Obi will do well in the South South, South East and Lagos but wouldn't be voted for by the Northerners who will never trust an Easterner with power , Atiku and PDP , though facing internal challenges will sweep the North because the Northerners will surely vote for their son , will do well in South South, and get the required 25 percent from South west and South East , that means Atiku will win because Kano alone plus Kaduna votes are more than the whole South East .

So therefore Buhari's plan is to indirectly pave way for Atiku's victory while making it seem as if he's after free and fair elections .
