fiyray: Hi everyone, about two Months ago I posted a comment on getting a ticket already and my POE is Chicago and how i would desperately want to change it cos of all I have read about Chicago POE for pregnant women. However I could not change my ticket cos it was costing me more to change the ticket than the ticket itself so my husband and I decided to put our trust in God, we pray really hard(psalm 105V13-15) got all my documents and enough funds. I avoid reading bad msges about Chicago POE and i decided to go with Chicago O'hare intl airport. My people I tell you I passed through Chicago POE last 2days and I most say it my best experience so far in my traveling history. They were so pleasant, nothing like what I read about chicago POE at all nothing at all like it... Honestly in all modesty,I can't deny the grace of God being with me, I did not spend up to 8mins at the inner interrogation room before i was let go. I will be back to drop my experience from my Airline BA the best airline for preggy woman to my experience at Heathrow when boarding to Chicago n my experience at Chicago . Regards. Even the worst people on earth do have good days. Truth is no POE is always doom and gloom but people avoid some POEs as the saying goes beter safe than sorry. The main thing is to be well prepared irrespective of your Inbound Point of Entry and if its Chicago or houston to be doubly prepared. Because no one knows |

Bissycrown: @seyewest and other smart guys here. Pls I need to know if anyone can help me with information on how to go about my itinerary. My intending date of travel is November 28th to be back by December 14th. I contacted wakanow agent who advised that I should go through New York for cheap fair. Meanwhile my destination is Baltimore and I intend to book Amtrak train to Baltimore but I don't know how to go about this. I don't know how to pay for the train from here. I dont want to have any issues with the CBD at the entry.Pls help a brother with valuable information or if anyone can help me out. Thanks alot guys. Why not try going by bus instead cos amtrak train can be expensive NY to Baltimore is about 4 hor drive. I used gotobus.com and its $20 flat and if u buy return its about $30. nothing fancy but u get there plus u have wifi in the bus.. go to wanderu.com to compare all your options |

Suzyt: Happy Independence Day guys. Quick one: has anyone ever declared over 10k? Why do people go to great lengths to avoid it? For my DS' I literally declared like 9990 lol. But now I'm wondering: why can't I just take the full amount I want to use. So aside of safekeeping of the amount and the danger of loss, is there any other reason why people avoid declaring? What manner of questions do they ask in the declaration form and do they ever sieze funds?
Thanks guys! every economy does well with less cash flowing around. They wont seize it. They just need to know. thats why it is declaration form |

You write really well, i am whaoooed Congratulations.
The long and short is everyone can do it and DO IT RIGHT.
Many people come here and dont try to read.
Please lets take time to read. People do not post their experiences on this thread for fun.
Asking questions is good but if you take time to read this thread you arm yourself with an invaluable wealth of knowledge and this gives you confidence.
SO IF YOU COME ACROSS THIS THREAD AND YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO - Its because you have not invested time to read, yet you want to spend millions to have your baby in America. |

Boladami: Hi House, please I need urgent explanation on how to get the notarization done from Nigeria. My sister in law just had a baby and she needs to get this done to get the baby's American passport. let her hushabd take the form to US High comission in Lagos or Abuja and get it signed. He aould need to chwck the embassy website for the time they attend to such services. Some states allow any notorary public to sign and endorse. so she can find out... when its done he would send it to her DHL, FEDEX UPS would do justics.... |

ignatiusez: Lagos to Washington via Doha. We had boarded Qatar airways yesterday 24th September 2017 in Lagos and was about to take off at about 11am when the pilot announced that there was a technical fault in one of the engines. We were disembarked from the plane and waited without any word from the airline until around 5pm when we were taken to the hotel. We are still in the hotel, no word from the airline and this is the following day. It most unfortunate and irresponsible. No word of apology, no update, no effort been made. As I write to you, I am still stranded in Lagos, I don't know when I am flying. I can assure you they will compensate you guys accordingly. It starts with putting you all in hotels. But even if life is better than anything happening in the air. just relax and await their update. Its a huge logistics challenge for th airline themselves. Cos i tell u people coming to Naija are held up in Doha too. So them need to re-route almost 2 planes to cleaa thw backlog. It woupd be resolved i am sure. |

kagari: Over 60 percent of Nigerians can't afford to fly america airlines, a little more could afford European airline, so majority of us are left with middle-east and Africa airlines The European and American airlines na just name. Old planes thats what they use especially Nigeria route. Them European and American Airlines are just unnecessarily expensive. Bless God the Mid Eastern airlines offer even better service at Cheaper rate. |

Rubyventures: I try to use flights which are Europe or American based. All other flights you use at your own risk. Middle Eastern Airlines are great. they dont win best airlines for no reason. You dont fly them at your risk rather fly them for your comfort. |

For people travelling to US. Lets try to explore the option of landing at JFK and connecting local to your final destination via local flights. Its always way cheaper that way.
U can end up saving hundreds of thousands of naira. |

Pls how did u manage with your toddler in the plane. He had his own seat I guess? Above 2 years children get their own seats. Many aorlines give them toys to play with plus plenty of cartoons for them to watch and you might be lucky your toddler sleps through most of the journey. bon chance |

kokorita: Dear house, Please wanna find out urgently where and when do I get fit to fly documentation from Qatar airlines. Pls as any one here used Qatar airline layover service I.e hotel and food. Thanks house. There is a MEDIF form on Qatar airline website that you need to fill and get signed by your doctor and then send to them at least 7 days before you fly. please check their website for this and confirm required gestation period (you use the qatar medif form once you are over 32weeks) for that medif form and the email to send it to.
