Hmmm thanks men. Although I haven't mastered visualization sadly. My thoughts are too loud and disrupt the image. And when I finally enter into that state of silence it's like I leave my conscious mind behind and just drift (So frustrating) then on getting barely remember anything.
I read that the microtubules have an anharmonic vibration so I'm considering anharmonic music as a way jump starting my brain. It's moving too slow

Quieting your thoughts is something many people find difficult. But I don't think it is absolutely necessary for visualization.
From my experience, we get better at visualization with time regardless of whether our thoughts are still or not.

I am still looking forward to the day I will totally quieten my thoughts.
I have a feeling something great will happen that day!
