I do not know if there is a blog or website that monitors internet speed in states across Nigeria. to my knowledge we have up to seven internet service provider in Nigeria, all i want people to do is to give their: location, LGA, ISP name,download speed,upload speed and latency . and this survey would be strictly for lagosians.

I'm a student and recently in one of my lecture which is about development and underdevelopment, and this was some days before the acting president inspected toilets at the airport. i penned this down "a person that cannot take care of their personal toilet cannot handle a public position talk less of maintaining public infrastructure". My perspective however, came from the radical Marxian perspective of dialectic materialism.. quantitative changes leads to qualitative ones, the matters we perceive as being unimportant go a long way in bringing sanity back to the society. We also need to integrate and execute the sdg's in Nigeria.

Public or private, what the student is able to offer his/her society, making him/her a functional being after leaving school matters alot.. Had it been muritala was left alone to do his thing would there be any private uni? Or if the so called public uni improved the facilities they had and expand their capacity would parents find alternatives? You think redtapism only exist in public unis, try some of the top private unis in the country.
