Shizune is a badass, not on the level of Kakashi but she can hold her own very well Ino has so much power but hasn't used a tenth of it. Sakura and Ino both faced Akatsuki and while Sakura had the advantage of a direct fight, Ino didn't even try to use her mind body switch at all! Like I said all she did was throw a kunai.
