Wedon: I have nothing to be jealous about . . . . I am not just Igbo, am also married to one.
I don't believe my husband is caring 'because' he is Igbo . . . but because he was raised right.
This blatant generalization and tribalism is annoying abeg! Ok |

Saw this and decided to share... Ifunanya Opara: I love igbo men. Whenever an igbo man decides to move you from the list of his girlfriends and put you in the list of "wife to be " things will change, levels will change. Even if he wasn't spending money on you when you are still at girlfriend level he will start spending on you as soon as he start considering you from his heart for marriage if he has the money . He starts to draw you more closer to him , his family and friends . If you are married to an igbo man you are at least 85%-90% sure dat he will not marry a second wife when he is still married to u. Most igbo men that married second wife must have had a serious problem wit the first wife which lead to separation. Unlike other tribes like yoruba, Hausa, Edo/benin etc who will marry a second wife even when there's no problem with the first marriage. Igbo men don't impregnate women in every state they go to . Thirdly, if you want to know if an igbo man has money, check their wives and kids. Not even himself . An igbo man will buy a jeep for his wife but drives a gulf himself! Unlike other tribes like yoruba where a mistress drives a bigger car than a wife! A real igbo man doesn't depend on a woman's money(except those of them living in Europe who marry white women because of money. We understand they are doing it for a purpose) . A real igbo man is very smart and hard-working. He takes proper care of his family even when d wife is working! A woman doesn't feed a real igbo man! Unlike other tribes like Edo/benin, delta etc where the woman goes to hustle and brings d money home to take care of d man. Even if I don't marry an igbo man in this life. In next life I must marry igbo man because they are unique! They respect the institution called marriage more than every other tribe in nigeria. I often wonder why most of our ladies are allergic to giving gifts that are worthy and valuable to the men they claim to date The two common things most naija babes get for their guys during birthdays are the usual boxers and singlet! If she adds a handkerchief to them, that means she is very generous...in fact, far too kind! Can't we have gifts such as an iphone, ipad, 24 carat gold wristwatch and the likes? Are you people too stingy or broke to surprise us with these things? We do more than these most times, yet una nor dey stop to dey give out lakpalakpa gifts all the time! Even the ones that claim to be 'working class' are also guilty of this. Una nor dey try...una dey fall hand! |

danvault: Funny how these new generation pastors hit on tithes and offerings almost every sunday. They'll never preach against covetousness and keeping the sabbath day holy and these are clearly among the ten commandments... I attend winners till date but my eyes are now open to my own bible. Happy sunday Happy Sunday to you too |

danvault: Funny enough tithes were not paid in cash back then but as foodstuffs from harvest and cattles e.t.c Ever wondered why goldsmiths, blacksmiths and carpenters don't pay? Why only farmers and herdsmen?? And do you harvest every month?? Its not a monthly thing. That there may be food in my house, does God need meat in heaven The tithes were meant for the less privileged in the church and not for the pastors extravagant lifestyle. It was not paid in hard currency back then either. I never heard of Jesus paying tithes but taxes... And i used to be a tither too You see! Today these pastors live in affluence while their foolish members live in abject poverty and confusion! I pity some people...they will never learn! So sad. |

frank317: When yahoo yahoo boys deceive their magas to pay, do they force them? Does that make what fraudsters are doing right?
Its called deception... I only pity ur likes because u can be decieved over and over again. What is Gods blessing? Tell me one man you know that has ever received Gods blessing?
Anyway... If you like give all your property and even ur wife to ur pastor and wait for Gods blessing.
... I will soon open my own church. Your post shows we still have some sensible people in this part of the world! |
