That man must be a CIA agent. Most American citizens working abroad are undercover agents.

Maybe they needed money and they got it. They might use this to trick people into paying ransom in future kidnapping so that they will end up killing them or they just reformed to normal criminal gang.

European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Sheffield United Vs Manchester City (0 - 1) On 31st October 2020 by RaptObserver: 1:06pm On Oct 31, 2020

really going to b a tough one for city sha. But den, its another premier league weekend to enjoy. Guys hold ur bottles of chilled Heineken and lets rock n roll...
It will be tough because the blades will park bus as they always do against big teams but man city is actually built to play well against teams that park buses. Which explains why Pep loves buying attackers with dribbling skills. If you noticed, all the times they have lost, they were against teams who were brave to attack them.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Sheffield United Vs Manchester City (0 - 1) On 31st October 2020 by RaptObserver: 12:57pm On Oct 31, 2020
Good. Considering that Sheffield are yet to win a match this season, the streak will continue against the citizens. Pep knows his team is behind in the title race already so matches like this present the opportunity to pick both points and goals to shore up his statistics before the season goes mid way. A city win is my verdict.
FamilyRe: Olubunmi Kama: My Husband’s Siblings Seized Our Properties After His Death by RaptObserver: 7:45am On Oct 30, 2020
Now we can see the importance of having siblings. Imagine that man didn't have siblings? He would have died and decayed in his house when the wife was not around. Well, the family should give the woman the property. Their brother is worth more than material things.
CrimeRe: Eze Aiwansone: Police Officer Who Shot His Girlfriend In The Mouth Arrested by RaptObserver: 5:20am On Oct 30, 2020
Is he married to her or just coincidence of names? The Ezes. Nothing will happen to him. No be NPF? After some months they will release him. But at his ripe age he should have settled down so that he can concentrate on his police duties. See what girlfriend and boyfriend has caused. Am not saying married men don't kill their wives but when a man marries, it makes him to stay more focused on his career than when random gals re distracting him and carelessly spending on community implements.

Sad

large gap exist between law enforcement agencies and the people. Their lifestyle differ from ours.only a fellow officer understand what their colleague passes through. most of their friends are fellow officers. A strong bond exist among themselves while a weak bond exist towards non police officers. They trust themselves so highly that they will never turn their colleague for an offense against non officers

It is like they are trained never to trust anyone beside themselves.

Young man on dreadlock is a cultist

Young Man on tatoo is a hard drug peddler

Young Man with expensive phone and laptop is an Internet fraudster

Youth who drives a flashy car is a ritualist

Their manner of profiling criminals makes an average young man a suspect. Whoever is suspected is harrased. The lack of respect for human right has led to the loss of trust from the youth. The experience or withness of violence whenever any youth encounters the men with red cap causes a long term distrust.

The youth do not want a change of name but a change in attitude. The confidence the youth have in the uniform men to has gone so low that it would take a consistent extra ordinary effort from them to win it back. The youth want the police to publicize the policies and procedures the police use. The youth want to know when an officer is free to use force. We want to know how to act so they do not have to legally apply force on us . We want a police force that is constantly trained in ethics and integrity. Detering officers should be punnished for violating this rules. punnished officers should have their names published .The youth want a police force that sees themselves as equal to others. We want a police force that talk to us calmly and politely. Shouts and insult raises anger . During monthly environmental sanitation excercise, police should not only punnish offenders. Rather men on uniform should join and pack the dirt . They should engage in other non enforcement activities with the community. This creates a sence of togetherness and not one of superiority. Gradually, the people would see the officer of the law as partners and not devil to be feared. This will ensure maximum coorpeation.

be logic do dey work in odd hrs?
If we get our educational sector to work well, the police brutality will not be there and the consequent hostilities towards police will also not be there. Education is key.

Police brutality is a function of poor education from both policemen and citizens. Many policemen are not properly educated. They can't engage in a decent arguement without resorting to threats. Many can't even read and write especially their rank and file. Many citizens are also not enlightened to know their rights and duties. Since the government has chosen for 60 years to ignore education, the chicken have come home to roost. In some countries, their prisons are virtually empty. Thanks to responsible government they have.

It is part of the consequences of war. Police should respect themselves going forward and learn to be contented. Everytime people talk about how they re not highly paid. Those private schools teachers survive on far less salaries and they still behave well. Argue with your 10% battery life

PoliticsRe: James Duddridge: UK Facilitated Training, Supplied Equipment To SARS by RaptObserver: 4:23am On Oct 30, 2020
That is not bad. It helped them track many kidnappers like Evans and Wadume... And those phone thieves. But then, someone should tell madam Kate Osamor that 82 cases of torture since 2017 by SARS is gross understatement and a lack of knowledge about SARS. She should pay a visit to Nigeria and ask even some honest policemen who are ashamed of SARS guys being referred to as colleagues. I once met a policeman who ran away from SARS because he couldn't bear the sight of constant extra judicial killings going on there.

PoliticsRe: Armed Thugs In ‘Government Vehicles’ Attack #EndSARS Protesters In Abuja - Punch by RaptObserver: 11:49am On Oct 21, 2020
The mistake the youths made were;

1 not having a leader for the movement. It would have been easier to aggregate all demands through such leaders. Even if they sell out, we change them.

2 not anchoring our demands on immediate constitutional change.

3 not halting the protests after the first achievement to restrategize. That disbanding of SARS made us to be carried away.

My own opinion

1. The constitution should be changed to allow for independent candidates to contest elections. That way the burden of settling party leaders will be off public officers.

2. There must be compulsory local government elections. Nothing like caretaker committee again.

3. The salaries of all political office holders must be cut down and brought within the scale of senior civil servants

4. There must be special funds to serve as education insurance for the youths. Our youths need education.

And finally, that erroneous belief that after 30 days, the UN will take over if the protest don't stop is the worst fake news that is undermining this protest cos the youths now believe they must sustain the protest at all cost to attain that. No such thing. But then, the military may take over if care is not taken.

CrimeRe: #ENDSARS: Nigerians Protest In Michigan, Usa by RaptObserver: 8:22pm On Oct 19, 2020
We thank them. Truly, some Nigerians based in diaspora have been killed by police when they returned home for one or two things. Especially in the eastern part of Nigeria. As if, when policemen arrive that side of the country they assume a monster status. By the way, they pay heavily to be posted to the east and south south. But posting to Lagos is on another level of bribing and lobbying.
