What you should have written: "Corrupt politicians whose certificates are questionable"
Even better: "Corrupt politicians with questionable certificates".
And why are you using an uppercase E for education? Comrade calm down |

Secondly, register with union and loan from point A to B from the park. It gives peace of mind. Finally, you can do drop and pick in some office areas during the afternoon. |

Patosky4U: Man is the enemy of himself. We kill because of ideology, believe and religion but we look on when millions die of poverty, hunger and starvation. If there is God truly He will surely be ashamed of his creature. I don't even believe God will create something wicked as human beings because all the holy books make us to understand that God is love and he created man in his own image. In the end everything is vanity. In 500 years time all these are totally wiped out and a new order would be in place then. |

badoutyn: Am thinking of using Toyota Highlander 4plug for Uber. Also I want to give it out for weekly remittance, especially if the driver stays around Ayobo,it will be park daily in my house after the close of work in the evening.Monday to Friday or Saturday if available.I need your advice base on individual experience ,does my intention make any sense or I should just forget about the plan.I feel instead of just parking it down for those days ,it can produce some money .My only fear is trust on some drivers and how they will manage it.For those using Jeep for Uber please your advice will also be needed, couple with the fact of how parts are expensive.
N.B:I see drivers who already got certified by uber but need a car, this can be opportunity for both of us to earn weekly.
And how much should I be looking at weekly for a jeep ?
Thanks for your anticipated advice and suggestions Sir/Ma.God bless our hustling. Your conditions are not favourable except u will accept 15k weekly remittance. Or you drive yourself |

SamuelTaiw0: Hmmm... I was not even been able to come on this thread for more than twice last week.
Last week was my first week driving and it was full of events, learning and adjustments.
I had car issues (my car is not a Tokunbo car) so I spent a large portion of time at the mechanic's place. Car is in good condition now. I also had several bashes in traffic because of my brakes. Brakes are in perfect condition now.
Last Monday, I used rida app because my bolt and Indriver were not yet active. That rida, their prices are too cheap. And pickup distances are too far. Imagine driving 1hr 30mins to pickup a 10mins trip and the app won't tell you 1hr 30mins to pick up it will tell you 10mins. It's when you open the map you will know. At like Ikeja are still better but still, it's shitty app, I had to ditch the it.
Tuesday I drove to bolt office at Lekki to rectify my bolt account. It was as if they won't open the account.
I found a way on Wednesday. Drove to VI and did short short trips. At a point, around 8pm I was tired and hungry, somehow, I had been doing card trips so no cash. I parked the car on Muri Okunola street. Trekked and look for GTB withdrew and ate indomie. Trekked back, was still tired feeling sleepy. I started the car it won't start. I just slept in it overnight. The next morning I discovered I had transmission on D not P after I turned off the engine, I put it on P and started engine, it responded at once. My tired was really tired the previous day.
Thursday and Friday, I didn't work. Car was at the mechanic's to fix brakes and some others. I was with them till late at night on the two days.
Yesterday, Saturday was when I now really drove but I got arrested by taskforce at Festac.
Left mechanic's shop around 1pm to start hustle.
First ride took me from Ojodu to Surulere, did many short trips within Surulere and then a trip to Festac.
Had to cough out 50k to have the car released at night. I had already made about 10k between 1pm when I left the mechanic's shop and around 5pm when I was arrested for using one way (ABC Transport Road on Festac) I didn't know that road was one way. ( Me that I've said I won't go on any trip that takes me to Festac. My plan was to drop the riders, go offline and find my way out of there ASAP)
I've realised nothing is in that Festac for me. Na wahala full there.
My partner paid 30k of it. I raised the rest. One Danfo bashed me again at obalende yesterday night.
For me, I see it as paying my dues on the road. I will continue and payback all the money I owe. I strictly need to limit the areas I visit to areas I'm familiar with. In all, I thank God.
I don't think there's anyone here doing the hustle that hasn't faced LASTMA or Taskforce. It's part of the Job. This is a handful |

Bobbiet: I have a car I drive on hire purchase over 9months. The past 3weeks has been unfavorable to me. My dad who has stroke has been with me and we spent over 6weeks at the hospital which I exhausted my savings and help from few friends.
I have not paid for 3weeks(which is the grace period) hence owner has disabled engine. He said he needs his money( may be filing for car recovery).
Rent expires this month end too hence I need to work.
I'm in need of a loan. 50 to 60k will do and I'll pay a daily agreed amount untill loan Is paid up.
I've also place few properties for sale so the money may come earlier than planned.
I've checked with my bank but they said they can't help.
Dear nairalanders, help a brother survive.
I do have a wife and a baby.
I live in Benin
08165403012 This is a serious situation. My candid advice in the absence of financial assistance from me is that get a lawyer to approach him and see how to resolve it legally without too much dragging |

Viking07: I agree 100% with this. But e-hailing is not something you want to spend the rest of your life doing. Especially if it is your ONLY source of income. There are so many dynamics. By all means I’d continue to encourage anyone involved to please have a 2nd income, it doesn’t matter how little. Pearl1910 is a good example of diversification. If one door closes you should have another door on standby. I am very sure even Mr Cheerful also have his own side gig. Funny enough it was his dashboard that got me into this hustle.
Yesterday on my way to the airport, I had a serious accident involving 6 cars after one useless bread seller decided to drive one way at high speed, 4 cars were severely damaged(tumbled upside down), two of us were lucky because 1, we were not on high speed and 2, God just took over my steering I was able to avoid about 3 cars before the final impact. I just parked jeje and called my mechanic . I’ve spent approximately N156,000 between yesterday and this morning. I’ll be picking up my car in few hours. My bumper, headlights, radiator, condenser, bonnet were all damaged. Las Las my insurance company go still refund me sha. Sorry to hear about the accident bro. Thank God you are safe. |

Comrades greetings. I have not received bolt inspection report yet cos there was a mistake in the email entry and a correction was sent to support by the inspection agent on Monday afternoon. Uptil now nothing. I am left to be managing Rida for now.
So can I go for another inspection? Will it save my time?
Talking about Rida, the second rider that I picked today after stressing myself to locate her estate, I got to her PU when she came out after few minutes delay the first thing after greeting is "do you have AC?" Me: NO! She didn't say anything again and we started trip. Then small conversation to settle her down and rain started drizzling and I was like Mek this rain no open my nyash o... Luckily it stopped. After we got to her destination she added 400 on the amount I saw in the app.
I remain loyal bosses. |
