However, my area of concern is, I am a single mum of an 8 months old baby I want to take with me.
Will adding her affect my application in anyway? I heard that someone's application was once refused because she couldn't convince IRCC that she could work and also take care of her child. What do you suggest I do? I really can't trust anyone with my baby.

I dont know how this applies to you application, cos i am sure you are applying for FSW.
However, From IRCC website they are certain criteria you have to meet and non of them intails you taking care of your child. So pls always go to the website and verify info and not hearsay.
I feel there are more issues u should concern yourself about as a single mother and not what you just mentioned

Is it necessary to add a layover, in which I spent a night in the layover country in my travel history? For example, I’m traveling to USA and I have an overnight layover in Cairo where they put us in a hotel for the night and we continue the journey the next day, do I need to include Cairo in my travel history being that it was just a layover ? I would advice you to add all your travel history even layovers. In the option for reason for travel just put transit. Save yourself uncessary trauma

I only got one letter has the principal applicant being asked to submit the passport, passport photo's, height, eye colour of both I and my dependents. However, I went to submit at DHL today and was advised that it should be more than one letter. that there should be 4 letters(Family of 4). Was anyone issued more than one letter?

Is it DHL or IRCC that sent you instructions? Pls use instructions detailed on your letter and give DHL to do their job. DHL no be IRCC.

Pls go ahead and use your name like that. Provided you submitted proof of legal name change in your application. My cousin passport carried her maiden name and all other documents carried her marital name, all she did was that she ensured she submitted court Affidavit for legal name change, news paper publication of name change. Today she don get ppr.

No. Before I came back to Nigeria I applied for the pcc on 26th sep 2019 I returned to Nigeria 29th sep 2019. So there is a missing period of 27th and 28th which automatically made the pcc invalid for the purpose of PR

Pls I am currently in Botswana, so the nearest Vfs is south Africa or Kenya. I see people here say Kenya is fast. Pls can anyone outline steps to send to Kenya vfs.

Please why was your application refused because of PCC

I was suppose to come back from Austria were I spent 1year and apply for the pcc from Nigeria. Instead I applied while I was still at Austria. So there was a date gap.

It's PPR baby. Here is a brief of my timeline.
The whole thought of PR came to my head Feb 2018 then my interest was in Australia PR, but found out that I was more qualified for canada PR, so I made the switch and the journey began.

ECA : June 2018
1st IELTS : Aug 2018
2nd IELTS : Oct 2018
EOI SINP : Jan 2019

SNIP Nomination: Dec 2019 was Rejected due to mismatch in Job and occupation.
After SNIP Rejected my application I decided to leave PR and get marry.
Told my wife about my whole PR dream and all, she keyed into it we both retook IELTS, and then I decided to go for a 1year MSc whilst, wife also had an Msc.

3rd IELTS : Jan 2020

Ist ITA : Jan 2020, I declined it as I wasn't ready.

2nd ITA: March 2020

AOR: May 2020

By Aug 2020 my application was refused because of PCC. I didnt give up, i immediately reapplied and fixed the initial mistake on the PCC.

3rd ITA : Aug 2020

Aor : Oct 2020

MED passed : Oct 2020

Long silence.

ReMed : April 2022

Addition of baby : April 2022

ADR 1: june 2022 (Schedule A, details of Govt service, POF, employment letter)

Same situation as yours, passport was suppose to expiry Feb 6th. Paid online and got capture date for sep16th. Couldn't wait, had to pay 90k and got the passport same day in another state. Passport has been updated on my account already. I would advice u try and get ur passport cos Q3 is about rounding up and might signify PPR release.

Please can anyone help me out here. So I got ADR for Pcc for the country I am currently holding a residence permit. I applied and got the pcc, but it seems d new placeholder on my cic account requires that I include issue date and expiry date. Tried to avoid putting an expiry date but it keeps saying that I fill d expiry date, meanwhile there is no expiry on the pcc. Pls what should I do? My residence permit ends Dec 2024. Should I use that date? I will appreciate responses

I also did Npower some years ago how do I submit my payslip when I was not given any but I have letter of employment, how can I get reference letter from my school seeing that it is a long time. I taught and resigned early this year in another school after Npower. I did not receive employment letter there. How can sort these things out as I was asked to do that before the end of October, 2022. Also I am having challenge setting up gckey account with IRCC. Each time I insert a password to create account it just doesn't create anything keeps going back. How can I handle this please? I do not have money in my account, but how can I use a sponsor?

I will advice you to read again and this time carefully from page 1. Also visit IRCC page all the answers u require is there. U can't use a sponsor for EE the last I checked. Visit IRCC website to check how u can prove POF

I am Aor Oct 2020. My Remedical was passed since April 2022. I usually send the 3webforms everyday, and yesterday I got ADR for some bunch of stuffs. Send them webform everyday as many as u can. Ask them to finalise ur application.

So I just got a bunch of ADR about 6, and one of them is schedule A, pls how do I check what I submitted on my cic account, I can't seem to trace it.
