He doesn't need an Architect. He needs an Architect,a Civil Engineer, and most importantly (since he's asking for the amount)he needs a Quantity Surveyor. Even @ that,it will still depend on the existing soil structure, whether well/poorly stabilised which in turn will now determine the type of foundation, pad, raft or pile foundation. The type of interior and exterior finish you wish to incoporate will still determine which way the cost will go. So my advice, see two or three QSs before commissioning an Architect to draw(architectural design),before the Civil/Structural Engineer will now do his own structural design and build the house. |
Once more,it's less than 4 hours to the make or mar UCL showdown @ Anfield. Rafa has been herping on the need for their defence to be better. He accepts Liverpool will need to deal more effectively with Arsenal set-pieces if their Champions League adventure is to continue beyond the end of the tonight. That they know Ade is good in the air and Fab4 is a wonderful crosser of the ball, that while not advocating the zonal marking system, that they needed to DEFEND with more intensity. They'd definitely defend as if their lives depended on it tonight and hope to catch us on the counter. I only hope our boys will cover more for each other and take shots from outside the 18yrd box,and not attempt to dribble or pass their way into liverflukes's net. In the words of AW,they should play with the same spirit they put up against Milan @ the San Siro. So Gooners,it's fingers crossed. GO ARSENAL,YEA GO GET 'EM |
@ Debosky Always like to reflect on your signature text,it's deep man By their Big ups bro Per Eboue Worry less, for the unserious Ivorian is already on his way out of the Emirates If he plays today (because of our injury worries),then it's a once in a lifetime opportunity for him to SAVE HIS LIFE.Don't ask me what I mean |
mukina2:Cool it?ain't nuttin hot my dear. If it's got to do with my humble effort to educate that half-baked motor park presidull and his hired typist, don't sweat it. It's just part of my charity work. Didn't I mention earlier that I like helping out the handicapped? Of course that includes the intellectually handicapped |
@ All Please read through the summary of the shocking discoveries(as contained above in the original post) by the fact finding team of the house committee on power, then make your contribution.Let's please stick to the subject. Thanks |
Does anyone know if they've started posting return monies from international breweries P.O |
presido1:Mouth cow disease? Zamfara in the NE Don't even act like you know the map of Nigeria Stick to your more familiar terrain;MOTOR PARK ISSUES Boy you are really presi-dull Won't even waste my time on your ignorant ass |
vicade:I concur, but will like to add Abou Diaby to the list of players to go and add AZ Alkmaar's Iceland defender Gretar and Real's Pepe to the list of players to be bought |
@ Justkumni Such a shame you're the landlord of the manscum thread Should've been one of the more civilised posters on ur thread Truly, such a shame |
@ presi-whatever, heard you were looking moi, so how may I help you now? Better tread carefully on this thread, specially when u're looking my way Lest I slap the taste out of your filthy motor park mouth |
Oh dear,I can't believe Boro threw away two points just like that. Well for all those manscum fellas yapping about manscum not dropping points, you got ur news flash I'm looking forward to the 12th and 26th days of this month that will be pay back time when manscum will drop more points against us and chelski. So the EPL title race is not over by a long shot, though methinks it's DEFINITIVE advantage chelski |
It's no longer news that the purported anti corruption war by the Obasanjo administration represented the highest forms of hypocrisy. Each new day it seems, brings with it one scandal or the other about the various forms of massive corruption perpetrated by Obasanjo and his clique. The most recent is that of the US$16 billion allegedly spent on national integrated power projects (NIPPS) scheme. Tragically, six years after the contracts were awarded and various sums paid to the contractors(with some getting full mobilisation and overpayments) most of the contractors are just clearing the grasses on their sites, just because they heard the house committee on power was embarking on fact-finding tours, while most just vanished into thin air. We've heard of how firms such as Colenco (owned by Z.Domelenchi),Benbok Engineering,Energo,Joseph Arumemi-Johnson's Rockson Engineering,Oba Otudeko's Pivot Engineering and the rest collectively received various sums totalling US$16 billion (over two trillion naira) and just pocketed the money for their personal uses. Some of them are now part owners of airlines, some have used the proceeds to consolidate their share holdings in various blue chip companies in Nigeria. So in the light of the foregoing and with the recent remark by Gov Uduaghan of Delta State that the house committe members were on suicide mission in view of the powerful persons that are involved in the scandal; (1)How do you think the house committee should best go about the probe (2)What steps should they take to recover the loots (3)What sanctions would you prescribe as punishment to the guilty parties (4)What reccomendations do you have to forestall any further flagrant misappropriation/diversion of public funds, while the poor citizens suffer the consequences arising therefrom? |
femib26:LMAO ![]() @ femib, take ya time oo,abi you wan crack my rib? I'm swivelling in my chair with laughter, really having a hard time trying to stop laughing before my secretary will think something is wrong as I'm alone in my office Thanx fo d new words though (if they be not new, then moi must av missed 'em) |

Looking ahead to the sundry fixtures we have with liverfluke, both in the UCL and EPL,I DEFINITELY know we will beat them on the two fronts. You see, whether they want to admit it or not,the only team they are scared of playing against is ARSENAL,but they know they can only run, they surely cannot hide. In retrospect, the draw is not such a terrible scoreline, aside the fact they have an away goal now. Going forward,I want to recall what happened on Tuesday 9 Jan 2007 @ ant field, when we gave them a 6-3 thumping that really made them look like ants (I’m sure they’ve not forgotten) That is not forgetting Jan 6 2007 when we had earlier beaten them by a 3-1 goal margin. We must put up the same superb performance come Tuesday even if we have to appeal to the Merengues to release the beast to us for that purpose cos those four goals he scored on the night of the 6-3 routing of liverfluke will remain fresh in our memories Finally, I know we will progress to the semi finals of the UCL @ the expense of Rafa Benitez’s team.I JUST KNOW IT GO ARSENAL |
Temporary advantage liverfluke?yes Real advantage liverfluke?hell NO |
Now whatever happened to killing off a game The equaliser by liverfluke was just a disaster waiting to happen, what with the lackadaisical way the Gunners played immediately after that we scored Yea yea, there were some spirited attempts our players to increase the tally after the equaliser but why make things difficult and complicated when you could have made it so easy? Pray someone tell me,what was Bendtner doing on the touchline of liverfluke? My all-season dissapointment with Eboue's performance just switched gear in a geometric progression. If I had my way,he would have a permanent position;ON THE BENCH |
@ chacal and all those that prayed (silently or aloud) for liverfluke to win sorry |
pocoapoco:Per the highlighted portion, ![]() Come to think of it now that you mentioned it Why are there no Nigerians(Mikel aside) in the top flight teams in Europe. Ivory coast,Togo,Mali Senegal an even Angola all have one or more players in Arsenal,Chelsea,Sevilla,Real Madrid and Man U. Even if you go to Italy's seria A,you wont find Nigerian players in either of AC/Inter Milan,As Roma or Juve. Neither are they visible in the top Bundes Liga teams,Bayen Munchen or Leverkusen. Any more questions as to why they performed abysmally in Ghana. I think our eagles are really over rated |
None of them has shown that consistent outstanding performance I usually look out for before making calls like this |
3.48pm Lagos time Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm Fingers crossed in anticipation of victory Liverfluke must be stopped completely;starting tonight Get fired up,my GOONERS GO ARSENAL |

Anyway,congratulations on the win |
Abu-Maryam:Don't even remind me of tripple G.I bought my first batch @ 6.18,the second @ 6.37.I gave my broker a sell mandate around late February when it was @ 19.80.Somehow they could not execute till it dropped to 18+ then further down, then further down, then further down till it got to 12+. So as it's on the rebound,I've decided that I must wait for it to get back to 19.80 or more before I sell, even if I have to wait till next year.I don cross my mind |
justkunmi:Of course yes,or would you rather give it to West Ham for whopping ur ass ![]() |

Neimeith was on net bid today, gained max. %age That's refreshing.Across the spreadsheet, the caging of the bears appears to be sustained today I pray for the killing of the bears in all subsequent tradings this week and beyond |
justkunmi:What's this?Plain bias or what? Thot you'd be sportmanly enough to give my beloved Arsenal players credit for coming back from a 2-goal deficit to win the match on the road, despite being a man down. E easy na him your boys no do am for West Ham? |
Now that it appears Wanaj0 is seriously getting set to go on sabbatical leave,I hope the other @ Roughcut, pumping, ak,Fof2 et al I need info about the return monies for the unalloted shares of international breweries.I've got and re-deployed all the others,na only this one remain,so please I need to know whether or not they've sent out the cheques |
justkunmi:Naahhhhhhhh, you no try @ all Do the math now,if he had told "em that,it would av meant him telling 'em to wait till the last minute and lose by 2-1 What he told 'em is what only a top notch gaffer like AW can tell his players to inspire 'em to do the almost impossible |
