@ Jackal and Vieira you can wax psychological/intellectual or whatever in trying to counter a dissenting post, but to condescend to use of curse words speaks less of supposedly civilised people. No matter how pissed off you may be why not just yell,or kick out or or or break something around you, your laptops will be good objects to break in such moments of rage |
cris-ngige:heheheheheheh ![]() |
topeorekoy:What of the backline,it worries(worried?,as the season is over) the way our team, especially the backline cannot(could not) defend a lead. |
Like I said some months ago,Arsene knows but he didn't know to accept the GBP70 million given to him to beef up the squad ESPECIALLY IN THE JANUARY TRANSFER WINDOW when we were reeling from the stress and strain of injuries and the squad was significantly depleted because of the ACN in Accra(still can't believe we didn't buy players then). To me that speaks less of an ambitious desire especially after going 3 seasons without a trophy. Though there's no disputing the fact that AW is a very good tactician cum manager, this his Ijebu attitude is the reason why we have so surrendered the title this term. In the words of a dear friend,Arsenal is a great club and GOONERS can do with some titles and not always Wengernomics |
justkunmi:Huuurrrrrrrrr,bored and yawns |
SAM MILLA:Yea yea |
Very smart posture by Lehmann A good instance of static goal keeping Somehow,I'm not even annoyed The season ended a long time ago I only wanted them to give us a good result today to be proud of |
mukina2:Are you surprised? Muki, what 'appened to me last post on this thread, knowest thou by any means? Well I'm optimistic we'll come out of this game with our heads held high Ref antics or not |
BabaOlowo:Lots of them abound, but make sure you get adequate info on any particular one you want to go with. They must have a good track record and on sound footing(I mean one that won't have any problems raising their capital base to 1 billion naira as specified by SEC).If they can offer you some form of margin facility, better.Whichever you choose, you must ensure you have CSCS alert and insist on being assigned a very good account officer and generally play your cards well with 'em |
Hmmmmm,Baba Olowo I smell a big rat here I'm sure this enquiry about Maclaize is not just an ordinary enquiry What did you hear about Maclaize Started dealing with them about five years ago and stopped in early 2006. Hmmmmmmmmmmm, what can I say |
Without mincing words, the God that created the limbs in the first place can ABSOLUTELY cause an amputated limb to grow back. He raises the dead for crying out loud, you may have your concerns/doubts about some pastors/so-called pastors and the way they go about miracles these days, but that does not in any way imply that God has stopped doing miracles. Jesus performed miracles (still performs them)and says ;If you believe in me,these works shall you do and greater works than these. |
ehie:I think you should rephrase the question thus and answer it yourself Can God cause an amputated limb to grow? |
ehie:Do you believe in miracles? |
@ Fof2 Got some kg of UBA,but I'll wait for Q3 result before deciding whether to shore up the kgs and sentence them to a life imprisonment(apologies Roughcut) |
@ Wanajo I remember asking you about the return monies from Intl. Breweries IPO. 've not got mine as yet,who 're are their registrars,do you know? |
The unending spate of opening of different cans of worms @ Wema has finally killed my interest in the bank.Especially now that ICPC is seeking to investigate the tenure of Tunde Lemo |
@ Apache How's the other side? |
fyneguy :You amuse me |
HNIC:It is said that a good commander knows when a war is won or lost, I just want us to give our remaining five games the best shot (not neccessarily so we can win the league, but if that becomes the by-product I won't complain) so we'll end the season with our heads held high in view of our recent shortcomings. Whatever happens ,better days are ahead and ARSENAL will continue to be the envy of other teams cos; ARSENAL ROCKS,proud to be a GOONER |
Jackal.: Where d'you get your records from. It's really annoying to see you rant on with twisted records like you knew what you were saying. I know (for reasons best known to you)you don't like Arsenal, but that should not becloud your sense of football judgement. Now let me set the records straight, Before 1992(when the premier league was established),the league was simply called THE FOOTBALL LEAGUE. During that era, this was how the leading clubs fared as far as winning titles, 1.Liverpool won 18 times 2.Arsenal.won 10 times 3.Manchester United won 7 times 4.Chelsea won 1 time From 1992,when it became the premier league, this has been the scorecard; 1.Man u has won it 9 times thus far 2. Arsenal has won it 3 times thus far 3. Chelsea has won it 2 times thus far 4.Blackburn has won it 1 time thus far So which title did you refer to in the above highlighted? |
AW forget about Barcelona, stay @ the Emirates.JUST SPEND MONEY AND GET US QUALITY REPLACEMENTS in the needed departments. Even Avram Grant of Chelsea idolises you http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/football/premier-league/i-can-be-the-arsegravene-wenger-of-chelsea-promises-grant-403154.html |
Image123:Point of correction:ALL OF THE TIME Thanks for noticing though |
What's all this rumour flying around that Jose Mourinho could be lined up to replace AW should the Emirates gaffer choose to live @ the end of his contract this season. I suggest AW should rather stay and do what JM will do the second he sets foot @ the Emirates, viz embark on a buying spree of quality players. As far as I'm concerned,AW is still the best,he just needs to do away with his miserly tendencies. |

@ fyneguy Sorry I'm not obligated to tell you.Strickly my personal views |
Hi Muki,how you doing |
PapaBrowne:I agree with you per the above question.Like I said,I find it hard to believe the allegation |
I've been to SA a couple of times and I'm really not surprised that such an allegation is coming from that country. I'm not a member of Oyakhilome's church, though he was some years ahead of me in the University(and that's as far as whatever we have in common goes)as a matter of fact,I actually don't agree with certain things they do there, however there's something about the allegation that makes it hard for me to believe. Some folks in SA would do/say anything to/about any pastor, they're not the most spiritually sensitive people on earth you know. Whatever be the case, let God be the judge |
What really do you consider as UP? |
Got it Cristalz |
I can only say congratulations to Rafa and his boys for the lucky break they had owing to our inability to defend/extend a lead. We could have done better than what we did in the first 20 minutes and possibly put the game beyond liverfluke in the first half. All the same, the game is won and lost already,so congratulations to them. I only hope our gaffer will start thinking of doing a major overhaul of the squad, offload the ones to be offloaded and get proven match winners.I'm sure he did not enjoy the outcome yesterday,so we must do whatt we have to do to ensure we have strength in depth. |
@ All Don't be wrting your emails in the conventional format. For your security, something like lagbaja (at) yahoo dot com will suffice. |
