I have waited for this long to exposed the fraudulent activity being perpetrated by SEGCYMOOR .

As i have done in the past with other criminally minded contractor like Brickdevo, my main objective was to expose these criminal elements on Nairaland so as for others not to fall victim to these bastards.

I gave SEGCYMOOR { a.k.a MOORE} building contract in 2022 to construct for me. I had a sound rapport with him from the beginning of the construction, am sure other people that i sub-contract to on here can attest to that fact ( because they warned against overly trusting this guy). The problem between us started from the roofing stage and modification done on the building without my say so. Moore suggested to me that the roofing design on the architectural drawing should be changed so as to forestall roof leakages in the future and i accepted his suggestion with promise from him to use the difference in the roof work to do part of my fencing work.

Just for context purpose , the building carcass was finished around February 2023 but our agreement on using my other balance to carry out other job has not seen the light of days up till now.

Apart from aforementioned problems, he neglected some block work in the building with other related issues which i had to do on my own. I paid this lunatics every penny we agreed on but he refused to refund me of my money claiming financial difficulties in Nigeria.

The roofing he did was not even properly done and he recently sent someone to look at it .. but that one brought few nails and other stuff s and it was obvious to naked eyes that the job was not properly executed .

The Aluminium was not done to our agreed specification. All his shady dealing were just coming to light now, someone on here informed me of his bad dealing which I wasn’t privy to till date though . Another notable member here can also attest to shitty block work done.

I know some of you contractors here works in unison and you might want to come and ridicule what transpired between us but am ready for you lot.

SEGCYMOOR Omo ole …be ready for me, i will definitely teach you a lesson you will not forget in a hurry.

Just say you know, my end of the month ultimatum still stands if at that point you choose not do the needful then your image will be totally shattered in few of the dailies in Nigeria before we now meet in person.

16mm - Load wires
10mm for BQ load wires
4mm - Water Heaters/AC
2.5mm - AC Socets and some other heavy appliance sicjersc
1.5mm - Light points and switches

Their quantities varies too.

16 mm, 4 red 4 black
4 mm, red 6 black 6 green 5
2.5 mm, 35 red 35 black 35 green
1.5 mm, 60 red, 58 black
Tv wire 5 rolls
10mm 1 red 1 black

The only person I blame for all these Negative stories every now and then is the moderator Lawyer (who in my opinion does nothing) and by extension Seun.

Well, Seun has released a statement, I hope he does what's needed in property section.

Lawyer - no offence taken, but I've never seen a post where you try to stop these things happening or where the post of a suspected fraudstar is taken down.

On many occasions, I've put out a tutorial and it keeps getting blocked by the BOT (a simple tutorial) - in other forums, the mod notice the wrong blocking and make the post life... But never in property, it sometimes discourages one putting a post forward.... Yet in same forum you see a lot of 'suspected fraudstar' having a good day....

True talk .. this people are into some kind cult or something. Imagine the level of fraud being perpetrated on this forum and nothing was done about it .. It shows that something was not right .. That’s why you see people like Visalick makes comments that kind of give the fraudster power to do more of their damages. Believe it or not you crooks on here will pay sooner or later.

True-talk but am trying to give them benefit of the doubt ni.. I gave Brickdevo almost two months to come forth with my money but what I hear is one excuse or the other. The other person asked for a month end which am willing to give him.
My aim is for others to not fall victim after my experience with these cunts .

The true of the matter is that I’ve engaged a lot of these ppl and majority have got one issue or the other .

Am not here to just castigate for the sake of it.

Believe me I will get my money when am ready they should know that with my interaction with them .Am sure none of them will say anything negative about me because I believe in the principle of reciprocity. I treat each and everyone of them with respect .

I have warned Brickdevo about what is coming his way. Just say you know we’ve been on this for almost two months when he initially promised to deliver my message within a week.

Again, he planned everything from day one he was pestering me all the time to give him the job and suddenly story of lost job ensued.

Putting this message out here was just for others to be aware and not to go into tug of words with someone like you.

I reported a case of another fraudster on Nairaland a few weeks ago. I am now happy to let you all know that the thief that I have shielded his name for long is BRICKDEVO… He was the guy i paid 100k to do a drawing for me but ended up giving excuses. I have done everything humanly possible for him to return my money but all my efforts yielded no result. I know for sure this would not push him to do what is necessary, but am doing this for unsuspecting clients who is planning on using there services not to fall victim to these criminals .

BRICKDEVO , I promise you one thing though, I will get my money from you and teach you a lesson you never forget in a hurry that i can assure you of. Watch your back man.

There is another lunatic that I contracted to construct my house but spent part of the money entrusted into his care and claiming that is in need of time to do my job. He asked for more time till January ends, which I am prepared to give, but if things are not sorted by then, I will come on here to report him also .

Only thing I can think of really, is that he used client's money to pay his house rent, children's school fees or other personal issues. And if that's the case, then it shows just how unprofessional some of our artisans can be. A client's money should never be used for anything other than what the client paid for. In fact, every business man should always keep their business account separate from personal account.

If a business man needs money urgently to settle personal issues, he should go and borrow or source for the money elsewhere, but should never tamper with client's funds. That is the fastest way to lose the trust of a client and also all potential referrals from the client.

The same cannot be said of a particular interior designer on here who collected money from me and gave excuses upon excuses without rendering the services he was paid for. I am going to keep his name anonymous for now due to the claim he made that he lost his job.

I am giving him a few more days or weeks to pay up; otherwise, I am going to teach him lessons he will never forget in a hurry. I’m sure people will be eager to know this person’s name, but I want to believe he is telling the truth about the loss of his job, and I wouldn’t want to contribute to his trouble at this time, so let’s give him some time to pay up.

This particular Project is not Cheap at all. Especially the finishings. To mention a few; for all the Ceiling installations,We used Plasterboard 10mm tick, Tower materials with 5mm tickets glass for the Casement Windows, All the Handrail are all Imported Iron Bar which was fabricated by my Welders. Original Coleman cables are used for the Electrical Wiring,The Screeding, Lightning etc are all expensive but are so affordable. Despite the fact that my Client is not in Nigeria but We always deliver the Best.

One more thing pls, what is your charges for plastering..your plastering looks smooth

That amount makes sense in this Naija economy .. can you believe the guy said I will be needing as much as 1.5mm 20 red 18 black and 20 green.

Good day sir,

Bamboo Ranges between 700 - 850 Depending on the location one finds it and its proximity to your site. Some charge with transport while others charge for the bamboo alone.

To Your second question, certain factors like your building size, height and position on site can all affect the quantity of bamboo you would need for plastering.

However, if am to place a range, I would say between 400 - 500 For about 2 Legs. Again, The size of your building can either increase this or reduce it.
