May the young lady get the justice that she deserves |
Look, I agree with XhosaNostra.... everything is not as it seems. There's no proof that he wasted the money his brother sent him from this pics. Many years ago when I was in college, I was a big spender, I wasted my allowances halfway into the month but my gf then always fed me and took care of me when I was in tight situations because she was wiser and more conservative with her funds. It is impossible to deduce from this pic that the young man lavished his uncle's money on this hangout.... |
The daily Success update... it just never ends, does it? |
Biglittlelois:I had this same experience. Growing up in a very religious family takes its toll. LoL. |
All this is for TV ratings and views for the show. The producers and directors are happy to make them do and say controversial stuff to put more money in their pockets. This is a show that promotes open immorality. I wonder why everyone cares so much if the contestants of the show had sex after the program. |
As much as Linda has gone through a lot of scrutiny for her celibacy talk, she should be a role model to many Nigerian youths. She's the definition of a hustling, hardworking, dedicated lady. Above all, she seems committed to her family and God. Her story shows that she was always destined for the top especially because of her perseverance. We need more youths, more ladies like Linda to uplift this country. She's a big inspiration. |
This generation doesn't have shame in its dictionary. People just come out and say anything throwing caution to the wind just to trend and get a few likes. Even if all your family is dead or off social media, shouldn't one have self-respect? No wonder we are achieving so little. Spending the whole day on social media trying to get fame and attention by hook or by crook. We talk about our leaders and blame them a lot for our failures as a country but we youths are to blame as much as they are... majority of us have chosen to spend our time and resources in unproductive things. It's not rocket science why we're not moving forward. |
I don't think it was the mainly the sex that killed her. The drugs are the most responsible factor. Stay away from drugs. A lot of Nigerian youths think this is funny but it's not...this could be anyone who decides to take youthful exuberance to an irresponsible level. It is a big lesson not to waste your life when there's so much you can accomplish with hardwork and the God factor. |
Hello bro. I hope you get this message. Don't play yourself. Any relationship without trust is built on sand. I know emotional issues are very sensitive issues but you need to be strong and take a stand. If this relationship isn't for you, it will die a natural death. Don't force yourself on her. Relationship is a two-way thing. More importantly, don't let anything take your happiness in life. If you are seeing signs of infidelity, you know what to do. Don't wait till you marry her and it becomes too late. Above all, seek guidance from God in all your steps. Being successful in life is down to the decisions you make. No matter how hard a decision is, if it's the right thing to do, you have to make that decision. Make the right decision bro. It's in your hands. |
Lol. You guys are really cracking me up with your comments. I just want to touch on a few things. The fact is life doesn't always give us what we want. We go to school, acquire first and in some cases, second degrees and we often fall short of our dream job. Seun created this forum to foster intuitive, enlightening discussions but we are inundated with tribalistic, hateful, chauvinistic, sexist, rude, uncouth remarks in almost every topic of discussion. So, ladies, if life gives you an undesirable man, what do you do about it? You have to be prepared cos it's just what happens a lot in life. Even if we get our true heartrob, people can change. I had an ex who told me I wasn't as sweet in the relationship as when I was toasting her. I had to start making conscious effort to be better. People fall into the trap of not putting as much effort into something they've already got. So, your dream man/woman can change later in the relationship or you just might not get your dream partner for whatever reason. Also, I understand if someone says people don't practice what they preach. They say they're God fearing but they are full of crap. The Yorubas say 'efin niwa', meaning behavior is like smoke. You just can't hide your true character for long. This means it's important to stop listening to what people say they are, and concentrate on their actions. I understand the frustrations of some ladies. They have to go through a lot of wolves in sheep clothing because they tend to get easily swayed with words. In the end, we can't give up on humanity. I live in Abuja where so many ladies, employed and unemployed, sell their bodies. I have refused to give up on getting a moral upstanding lady who would start a family with me. Bottomline: Make the best of what life gives you because life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass...it's about learning to dance in the rain. Also, pay more attention to people's actions instead of their words. |
Not God fearing, not religious etc. Really? Without the fear of God, how are humans supposed to be in check spiritually and morally? It's akin to saying no fear of the law/government in the physical sense. Ladies, be careful what you wish for....The fear of God is the beginning of wisdom |
Hi bro, You sound like someone I'd like to meet. I reside and work in Abuja as well. We can hookup sometime. I can show you around some nice places and we can have some fun during leisure hours. Shoot me a DM so we can talk better. Regards. |
Even the officers of the law who are supposed to defend and protect us behave worse than thugs for hire. It's nice to see some form of retribution has been meted out to this miscreant in uniform. |
It would be extremely difficult for me to see something that would surprise me in this country at this point whether from Buhari or his numerous supporters |
Everyone is angry over something in Nigeria and it manifests on social media, nairaland and in our physical actions towards ourselves. Quite unfortunate. |
Baloney! Why would a lady take drugs for a sex romp? She's probably a junkie. Ladies don't need drugs for sex. |
She embodies everything that's wrong with the Nollywood industry and many young Nigerian ladies |
I think it's a big shame that most people here are lambasting Toyin. MC Galaxy is supposed to be a role model and should use his platform to influence youths positively. Those ladies may not have been forced but MC Galaxy is acting as an enabler to a morally bankrupt society. If for instance, I advise people to commit suicide to ameliorate the pain of their miserable existence and hardship, and a few people take my advice, do you think my actions should be commended? |
