Thank you boss. They have this morning given her an option of yet another transfer to either Durham or Sunderland.

This will be the fourth transfer under one year with them, we never asked for any, and this has been affecting my children and myself work wise, We keep moving because the pay back clause in the Job Contract.

Now that this is not our fault, she is considering switching employer but I do not wish to pay them anything because this whole move here and there are no fault of hers, its affecting her mental health, the kids mental health and my mental health as well.


What is the best way to approach this situation so that we will not pay them back anything.

Truth is my tired is tired of this their inconsistencies.

Please I want to ask those familiar with IT Audit and Consulting roles. I have a company willing to offer sponsorship, although I told them I can switch to part time in my school.

I have about 7 years of experience in cybersecurity and the company willing to sponsor says remuneration is within 30-40k per annum for Assistant Manager role. They asked how much I'm willing to accept that I should make research and get back.

Please for this role, what's the remuneration like? Thank you.

Dear Ancestors, I have come again with my questions.

My story:

Wife is a Nurse on Tier 2 visa, her employer gave her offer and posted her to Aberdeen, after getting her visa, she was transferred to Edinburgh, getting to Edinburgh and passing her final exam and became full UKRN, her manager said she doesn't like her and as such requested for her to be transferred. (Note only her the 3 black Nurses were all affected).
She was transferred to Newcastle and we have been here for 7 months.
Today her Regional manager informed her that this present Home is going to shutdown by December.

This may mean another transfer?.

This whole thing is affecting our settling down properly and it's mentally draining to say the least.

Please I need advise on how best to Navigate this issue.

I'm on a 24-month contract with Three Mobile. This is my 10th month with them, we changed location recently and their network has been awful, no reception to call or to browse anywhere inside the house except you hang by the window.

I notified them that I'm not doing again, but I was told I'd have to pay about £300 to leave their network.

Is it possible to end my sim only contract without paying the early cancellation charges? Because I'd like to call again and give this reason (no network reception).

the wind is already blowing in japa hq the original people the uk was built for are prostesting high inflation and cost of living . Japarains from Nijia are selling their properties and resigning from their plum jobs and japing straight into this economic crisis . Most Japarains are just following bandwagon effect of been sold a dummy by the UK and educational agent .

So, if I receive £2,000 in my account from abroad, the tax man will come for his share?

If I am freelancing and get the money sent to my Naija account and then route to the UK, how will the tax man know especially if it wasn't received from the UK and with a company account?

I have been checking my eligibility and sadly i have been having 0% chances. It seems one gets cc approved if you have spent a number of years in uk and if you have like 2year inflow of salary and you have a stay permit

How about if the payment is sent to a dollar account and later transferred to a UK account with a 3rd party exchanger like PayPal or Lemonade?

Look at this analysis.
A student has 4 banks. Namely. Revolut, monzo, nawest and wise.

He linked his monzo to his employer with NI, and that is where his employer pays his 20hour work salary into.

Now this student still does fiverr job and takes his earning into the revolut and natwest.

Would the hrmc find out. Or they can only know about what comes into the monzo since that is the one the employer pays into and that is the one tied to the NI

No. I preempted (correctly - you can see the post where someone talked about receiving the money into a U.S. account etc) that the instinct would be to find a workaround where the earnings don’t reflect as US income.

My warning is for anyone who might be tempted to do that - they must be aware that it would be classed as tax evasion in addition to violating visa terms, should they be found out.

Leaving my freelance account for months will hurt it. I might not need their work if they allow me focus on my freelance work. My freelance work is better.

To answer your question let me share my friend’s story:

Arrived UK as a Student - 09/2021
Started working part time (casual work)- 10/2021 all the while applying for roles in HR where she has over 8+ years experience.
Got Band 5 HR Job- 03/2022 in University of Oxford Part time.
Got Band 5 HR Job- 07/2022 in same University Part time but permanent role.
Got Band 5 Sponsored Role- 08/2022 to start in October. She’s just about to submit her dissertation.

She has remained on band 5 but the scale has been going up with each new job.

It’s important to note that for a long time people told her that HR jobs were hardly sponsored in the UK and she almost gave up but decided to try the NHS and got lucky.
