I got this in the mail and was little confused as at no point did I contact or sign up for this service. Moreover, they claim to have setup a direct debit. My question now is, am I not expected to authorise or confirm a service before a DD can’t be setup on my bank account?

I currently use Lebara, but I read somewhere that Lebara and a few other networks aren't apt for credit score building.

i have seen a lot of blacks so quick to pull out the race card.. sometimes, one has to remove that psychological race card mentality to every scenario and thing in one's life..

Seen it in many ways..

One went to the store with a hoodie, and a security guard (black sometimes too) followed him around... he quickly pulled the race card

with the situation of things i rushed out of the country due to the nature of my recruitment for my job so i couldn't do the necessary waka as it relates to introducing my girlfriend to my extended family and then me to hers . i am on tier 2. i want to ask if there is a way she can join up on dependent visa? pending when we can gather enough to get married .weve been together for 3 years.

Edinburgh is a very beautiful city and there are many job opportunities for students. The only down side with the city is the harsh scottish cold (if you don't like cold, it can be depressing) and the cost of living in Edinburgh is also really high compared to most cities.

Am I over reacting?

My wife makes hair. She has been getting customers from other african countries on social media. One time, she charged a lady from Sierra Leone £40 for her daughter's hair, fortunately the lady was impressed after the job and paid £50.

Now in church, there are some people from her place, she approached them and told them about her craft that they should patronise her and possibly refer customers because they have been hear way longer.

Do you know that these people have been calling to make their children's hair with abeg. The abeg is not with small money o, it's for free. The one that was even considerate enough to pay is pricing £10 from £30 she was told. I've told wifey to leave them, they should go and continue where they were paying since they don't want to pay us. If their previous place was doing it free, they should continue there as well.

Hi guys, I got to uk few weeks ago and from interacting with people I understand that people are making huge money from working over time, tho it affects studies but not to extents of failing the modules. This is quite obvious in IT courses and trust me the IT classes are so packed that it leaves little or no time for work. Seniors in the race, will you advise priority on studies with assurance of jobs after or joining the majority in overtime works with plenty money to show for it ?
