SportsStephen Keshi, Togo, and the World Cup by razor(op): 1:33pm On Sep 21, 2005
Once upon a time a former Nigerian Captain turned coach (Stephen Keshi) was sacked by NFA for non performance and lack of technical knowledge. The same coach was employed by a neighbouring small country (Togo) to coach its lowly rated inexperience team. Today the Togolese team is on the verge of qualifying for a world cup appearance, and its chances is even better than that of Nigeria. Obviously, Keshi does not lack the technical ability we're told he lacked. l wonder if we have not thrown away our Jewels to the sea? If we fail to qualify, shouldn't some heads in NFA roll?

SportsRe: Are World Wrestling Entertainment Fights Real or Just Acting? by razor(m): 11:55am On Sep 14, 2005
Once upon a time Wrestling was real cos I've watched Power Mike, Mighty Igor, Mill Mascaras fights live, and have watched on TV the likes Sonny King, Steve Khan, Joe Leduc even the Freebirds and Von-Erick's. The coming of WWF which metamorphosed into WWE made a nonesense of Wrestling. Now it's just playing acting, l see the characters as actors paid to act their parts. Come to think of it, many of them such as Hulk Hogan, Million Dollar Man, Rowdy Rowdy Pipper and The Rock (Dwight Johnson) are actually into movies, which confirms our statement that they are ACTORS and WWF/WWE are fake.
Jokes EtcRe: Jokes about Marriage by razor(m): 4:57pm On Aug 23, 2005
A husband asks his wife, "If I should die first, would you marry again"

"I would be heartbroken, of course," was her reply, "but I think eventually I would remarry."

"But you wouldn't bring him here to our house would you"

"Why not I've worked and slaved to make this house a home. There is no reason to abandon it."

"But you wouldn't sleep in our bed"

"Well, I wouldn't run out and buy a new bed right away."

"Surely, you wouldn't let him use my golf clubs"

"Of course not He's left handed"

RomanceRe: Is it right to check your partner's phone? by razor(m): 9:56am On Jun 22, 2005
Everyone is entitled to their privacy. l won't bother to check my patner's phone cos we do trust each other and no secret exist between us. I tell her everything and she likewise, so for me to be checking her phone is a betrayal of the trust.

SportsRe: In review of Nigeria match in Netherland by razor(m): 1:27pm On Jun 17, 2005
Nigeria foootball tire me o. The Nigeria/Brazil match was great only for the boys to fumble and womble against South Korea. I blame the Bench for our loss to S/Korea. The Coach did not read the match and allowed pressure to be on the boys. What happened thereafter na story o.

BusinessRe: MTN Made 65 Billion Naira Profit (April 2004 to March 2005) by razor(m): 11:53am On Jun 15, 2005
For MTN to have made this much and continue to give us poor services, l think their licence should be revoked. They have the right to make profit and they owe us good service. I wonder what NCC is doing about their continue poor service to customers? Given that they have the coverage but they also now have the worst service.

Other importing companies also pay the import duties and VAT and are as well taxed so tax holidays should be over for these GSM companies, imagine how much Nigeria has lost by granting tax exemption to the likes of MTN.

EducationRe: Covenant University by razor(m): 1:10pm On Jun 14, 2005
Education in Nigeria is obviously for the rich.250,000naira per session totals one million for d 4years. Small amount like Seun said if u consider staying at home. However for those whose parents earns average of 150,000naira per annum, this means that their parents would have to mortage all they have including an eye, an ear, a hand, a leg, and half their heart to pay for tuition. The other half of their bodies will go for books, feeding, etc. The question that comes to mind is that if a church school is charging so much, what would other non-religious organizations charge? Bye bye to university education for poor man pikin.
Music/RadioRe: Genevieve Nnaji in the Music Profession? by razor(m): 4:04pm On May 26, 2005
I wonder if Genevieve ever sought advice before embarking on singing. Now that she has done this, l think PMAN should get her sanctioned for embarrasing the association with her songs. Nigerian music should not be an all-comers affair. Genevieve should stick to acting.
CelebritiesRe: Omotola or Rita Dominic - who is more beautiful? by razor(m): 3:55pm On May 26, 2005
It's amazing that people even considered this. It's not a contest and there is no need for chosing. The comparism should have been between Omotola and Regina. The fact is that there are few women in the movie buiz as beautiful and elegant as Omotola. Let others have three kids and we'll see how they look.
PoliticsRe: Should the house of Rep continue the impeachment against the president ? by razor(m): 2:49pm On May 18, 2005
The House of Rep is not serious. Agreed that the President has violated some sections of the Constitution, where was the House of Rep all these while.

My opinion is that they want to use this as a ploy of getting back at Obasanjo for exposing them and as well make it look as if they are working. Besides, by the time a few "Ghana Must Go" changes hand, we'll hear another story.

Anyway, they can't fool Nigerians as we know better.
