CareerRe: Access/Marina/Capital Banks to Sack All Polytechnic & State University Graduates by razor(m): 8:55am On Nov 09, 2005
This discrimination is uncalled for. I hope Government would intervene and make the Bank change such a policy else we'll discover that other Banks would emulate them and lots of HND and State University graduates would be unemployed.

Christianity EtcRe: To Tithe or Not to Tithe? by razor(m): 12:29pm On Nov 07, 2005
Do I have to pay my tithe to a church? What if I choose to donate it to Tsunami, Hurricane Katrina or any other charity cause?

Tithe is not a Charity thing, it's simply a commandment and must be paid to the Church. To obey or not is simply your decision

Christianity EtcRe: To Tithe or Not to Tithe? by razor(m): 5:15pm On Nov 01, 2005
Malachi 3

7 ¶ Even from the days of your fathers ye are gone away from mine ordinances, and have not kept them. Return unto me, and I will return unto you, saith the LORD of hosts. But ye said, Wherein shall we return?
8 Will a man rob God? Yet ye have robbed me. But ye say, Wherein have we robbed thee? In tithes and offerings.
9 Ye are cursed with a curse: for ye have robbed me, even this whole nation.
10 Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it. In the whole of 66 books of Bible this is the only refrence

The Question is 'Are you a Christian'? If yes, then the Scriptures must be Obeyed; i.e. Old testament and New testament to the Letter. So, it's either you obey the Word or not. If you do, then you don't need to be preached to before you pay your Tithe and have no objection to it. If you don't pay Tithe, am sorry for you cos you're in living in disobedience, a Thief as you're stealing from God, and "You don't know what you're missing"

CareerRe: Can Lawyers Practice Without Lying? by razor(m): 7:52pm On Oct 26, 2005
My judgement is biased cos l've never meet a lawyer who doesn't lie. So, it is impossible for one to practice law with some lying. Oh let's not call it Lies, it's just twisting the truth and put in another way, and of course it's part of the profession.

TV/MoviesRe: AIT TV Suspended by NBC for Bellview Plane Crash Site Pictures by razor(m): 5:13pm On Oct 25, 2005
AIT deserves a medal for telling us the truth. NTA and government media agencies were telling us that the crash site is at Kishi in Oyo state, whereas it was in Ifo. I think AIT should sue NBC for illegally closing the station for 14hours which translates to loss of revenue in millions of naira.

HealthHigh Blood Pressure: How Can One Control It? by razor(op): 11:19am On Sep 29, 2005
Lot of things makes one to be stressed in Nigeria. Internal and external pressure has made a lot of Nigerians below 40 years to grow grey hairs.

Recently medical personnel has said that six out of ten Nigerians are hypertensive. The truth is that eight out of ten Nigerians have High Blood Pressure without knowing it.

This made me decided to check my BP and surprisingly, am one of the 'eight out of Ten'. This was a shock to me considering my age, and l want to believe several people my age are with High BP.

How can one control high blood pressure?
Christianity EtcRe: Why Do We Mourn When Someone Dies? Can't We Dance? by razor(m): 8:40am On Sep 28, 2005
Do we really mourn when someone dies or pretend to mourn? I think we pretend to mourn lest we're accused of being callous and insensitive. Ironically, most forget the dead a few days after.
SportsRe: Nigeria Bribes Rwanda to Defeat Angola in World Cup Qualifiers? by razor(m): 8:37am On Sep 23, 2005
Let me say the mind of NFA officials and many Nigerians "No big deal if we have to bribe Rwanda, the Referee, CAF even FIFA, afterall Angola tried it with the Referee in the match against Nigeria, the most important thing is for Nigeria to qualify for the World Cup" There is nothing like fair play in football ooooo, it's a Winner takes it all. Am sure bribery and match-fixing is nothing new even in FIFA.

For the purpose of naming Baba Suwe has no conteder for the 1st position followed by Saint Obi, Ogogo, Eucharia Anobi, Yinka Quadri and likes of Hanks Anuku, Shan George, Stephanie Okereke, .... yurk, the list is endless
