Cisco systems is world wide . I traveled for work all over the world and these engineers are based in the USA with H1-B visas. Nigerians claim to be grammar professors yet their contribution to world growth is minus 1. Visit Japan or Taiwan and then you will understand that intelligence has nothing to do with English.

I worked with Japanese and chinese engineers that could only understand the word "food" and "Dollars" without using their translation device at work yet their production utility was higher than a Nigerian that studied English in a Nigerian university. Who cares about spoken english these days?
