I read the whole thread, so far Shymexx is the only person stating real fact. I was in the UK not too long and was advised by Nigerians over there not to buy stuff in Nigerian own stores using a credit card and to pay by cash. |
shymexx: Did you say Tilbury? - you're a joker... Tilbury is just 20 mins drive from where I live now and there's absolutely nothing special about Tilbury... You should have said Brentwood, or any other affluent place in the London-Essex axis... However, Indians own Brentwood as well...I would advise you stop arguing with people that choose to live in denial. |
I grew up on Kriss Kross. He has been struggling with a rare disease on his scalp for a while . RIP bruv |
@OP I applaud your courage and sincerity.Millions of Nigerians in Nigeria are walking dead, they don't understand safe se.x and don't be surprise those ignoramus questioning you are HIV positive without knowing it. A particular university in Nigeria, found thousands of her female students positive with the HIV virus after random test, their department of health and the NGO that carried this test can attest to my write up. @OP be strong, eat enough vegetables and fruits and go to a moderate Asian country to seek help. |
No matter the affiliation, a black man is a blackman. Ego and material things are our worst enemies. |
Nigeria is only safe for those catching crumbs from the government, although majority of them have their kids living in foreign countries. |
Northern leaders cried for amnesty few months ago, after consultation they were nominated to head the committee, to the nations surprise they chickened out, what do these people want? I wish Nigeria's oil can dry up so that each region can compete in innovation. |
chiover: email scamsThose 23 peeps with Nigerian names caught in the US on credit card fraud are they from Swaziland? Defense mechanism will not change people's opinion about Nigerians. |
chiover: email scamsI don't speak from media perspective but from experience. Majority of white or non white folks I get in contact with, ask me about the email scam that originates from Nigeria, immediately I introduce myself as a Nigerian. At my office, fax messages comes from Nigeria steadily. Must we deny reality all the time? There was a ABC documentary on same thing, these guys even went to Lagos with hidden Camera. Every sensible and honest Nigerian will debunk your claim. |
Met dude few times in Cali, humble and easy going. |
ZUBY77: You are right.Nigerian banks and rich politicians could set up Angel Investment companies for start ups but greed and impatient wouldn't let them do it. Best brains have left Nigeria long time ago and the few one's left are just waiting for their US visa. Where does Nigeria stand on big data? Its all about zero emission and if US decides to stop importing Nigeria's oil, Nigeria will be as broke as Myanmar or Zimbabwe. |
NL has lost its sense of direction...... ![]() |
ZUBY77: Good news but then it happened in USA.Seun Osewa did nothing spectacular, he did what every business man would do at that period of time internet forum wasn't popular in Nigeria. He is not an inventor but an entrepreneur in the naija spec. |
chiover: This is the best news on Nairaland. I hope Amerdonn can see us now for what we are and what we can achieve if given little opportunities.I am so happy. I need to buy this dude a bottle of something. There are hundreds of Nigerian innovators in the United States, most dont like claiming their naijaness due to the country's image.Nigerians are known for two things in the United States, education and email scams. |
After such avoidable collateral damages, some would advise those living in diaspora to relocate to a sorry state. Accident of such are avoidable in civilized countries. The dead will be forgotten real soon and it will be business as usual. Airplane travel is even worse. RIP to the dead . Death in Nigeria is as common as eating rice on a Sunday afternoon. |
Yoruba Chameleons are at it again. Just recently OPC factions were fighting over oil pipeline contract yet they said their militants are united? Same hypocrites their Oba's betrayed Abiola for a token from Abacha. |
@OP don't invest in Nigeria's treasury bill, Nigeria's monetary policy is unpredictable. The only legitimate suggest on here is real estate. |
jummy05: I would want to disagree with you, Jarus. I don't think there is actually a particular place to start up one's career. Basically it depends on you and your orientation. It is not the company name that matters but you as an individual. You may get a job that has nothing to do with your career and you see no way it would mould u or even come close to moulding u into the individual u want to become.I couldn't read your whole thread but discrediting Jarus list is not fair. He stated the fact, its left for Nigerian youths to grasp it. PWC is a great company to work for, Accenture also looks good in resum'e or CV. This is a well researched article, here in the states those companies are hot bed for young graduates. Read and comprehend before defeating the purpose of this thread. |
A northerner free of Religious and political sentiment is better in friendship and business partnership if compared to southerners. I would not despise all core northerners as evil regardless of their religious affiliation. Killing of innocent people by MEND would not settle Naijas problem, the only solution is for all region to call for national conference. Nigeria as of today is not working, tribalism and nepotism is the other of the day. |
ShymmexLion: Sabali sabali sabaliLove this song. I doubt peeps in naij understand the words behind what they are saying. |
dasparrow: Though Charly boy acts irrational oftentimes, you cannot deny the fact that he has a cute family. His daughters are pretty and his son is not bad looking either. Mama and Papa are looking good and aging gracefully and lady Di is a pretty lady. The most important thing is that they seem to support one another. A rare trait in today's Nigerian families where envy, bitterness and strife seem to reign supreme amongst its members.Well said. |
Katigurl: . U well?? . . . . @ topic - - - In oda words dis r d innocent souls he plans to lead to hell wid himself abi? . . . . . . he he, I agree lol!You spoke like a true hypocrite. I hope your husband will be the one that will take your virginity and if not hell she comes. |
I thought Shymexx posted this thread cos I could see his hand writing on it....lol |
djeezy: @op. Please where can I find such a girl? You can find them in South Africa. |
We don't need scumbags visiting our country, remain in Nigeria were you are a local champion. |
PortHarcourtBoy: Na the 450k per movie wey Uche Jumbo take buy Range Rover Sports??The bolded got me laughing. Asistant por.n star makes twice as much as the top earners on the list in the US. How do they afford those extravagant trips? Lagos is an expensive state, I am not well known in the social scene out there yet 10k dollars can't be accounted for in just two weeks of my stay in Lagos and my village. |
shymexx: Hmmm... I need to go give them there as well....They are good looking bruv but Bahamas girls are freakish if compared with them. I love carribean island women and shout out to dem Trinidad females with enough cowbell milk that can nourish starving Somalian kids....No pun intended ![]() |
coogar: if that's your own definition of a bad guy then we are on different realms....Gotcha bruv. All good though. I am just enjoying comments on this thread. |
I beg to disagree bro.email scam is a global factor and the whites does it more than we blacks. I hate stereotyping, little wrongs of we Africans(Nigerians) are always blown out of proportion.contract scams are reported in thousands in Turkey bot, nobody seems to tag them as bad nation. Truth be told.the whites wants us to remain under their bondage forever and it seems you so much belief in them bros?
