I didn't think I was entitled to the information, actually. Even if I did, I expect that, once it is not automatically made public, as with all civil service agencies, it would be more efficient to request it here (fraught with risk of inaccuracy as it is).

In any case, I hope you're aware that civil service salaries and salary scales actually are public knowledge. The extent to which NNPCL fits into that category, is what is debatable.

I should also mention that, unless there's an ironclad preliminary NDA, there's next to no real restriction on information-sharing until you've executed the CoS.

Again, it is entirely the prerogative of entrants to disclose or refrain from disclosing information, but I'm not sure there should ever be any fetters to what information one may request. It never hurts to be polite, even in disagreement.

For the sake of better clarity, request for the GCMS notes. This will pin point or give a better clarity in understanding the challenges with your application. I strongly advise you not to apply again till you get the GCMS notes. Share the notes here and you can get advised on how best to address the issues.

Best to not make sporadic transfers. I’ve sponsored 4 siblings already without issues.

There’s nothing wrong with a sibling sponsor if you can prove source of funds and relationship.

It's a hard task for a sibling to sponsor another, what is your sibling responsibility on her side. Its better to have the funds transferred to your account and write a letter of explanation the purpose of the funding. If it's lending, or gift. If lending how do you wish to pay back in that case you have to present your pay-slip and salary account for citing. on the other hand if its gift, you need to get affidavit of gift deed, affidavit of sponsorship from your sibling and also your sibling place of work, account and introduction letter from sibling company.

Her visa will be approved. That is not a ground for refusal. As far as her visa is granted she’d get her BRP. Follow the right procedures and provide all authentic documents & she’s good

Form A is your best bet. However it takes between 4-6weeks, sometimes more. Other alternative is to ask someone in the UK to make the payment while you transfer the Naira equivalent to them. The only downside is that, you will be charged black market rate.

Only those directly related to you can sponsor you. Mom or dad, husband or wife, siblings. Why not convince the philanthropist to send the funds into your account?

If they offer online classes. Start joining and marking attendance. Write them an email, share proof. Be ready to book your ticket the same day you receive your visa decision regardless of the cost. Find out the last day of enrollment from your school too.

It’s not an issue if all your documents are in order. I mean her marriage certificate, newspaper change of name, a consent letter from you and wedding pictures to prove.

It must not be the main applicants email. It can also be the dependents email address. It will save the main applicant the stress of constantly checking their email and sending feedback when they should be focusing on something else. If you understand what I mean

You need a marriage certificate. How do you intend to provide that if you were not married to start with. Transitional marriage in your absence is not recognized. You will be asked to provide proof, pictures, chat history. How will you manufacture all that
My advice, come back in Nigeria in December and do a court wedding. Save aprox £7k for her living expenses for 1year health insurance and visa fee.

Hello guys .... my wife's parents were refused visa last week. They are coming to the UK for the daughter's graduation and the daughter indicated she'll be funding everything with about £2,000 each and her statement of account has almost 7k. We plan to reapply immediately because the graduation is 4 weeks away... can we put 1m each in their account and say they plan to spend half of it personally during the trip or we should nullify their own statement of account entirely... below is the screenshot of the refusal letters

From this screenshot it looks like you used a credit and loan bank to fund their POF and the bank removed the funds before the bank statement was printed and submitted. Hence showing their closing balance as N34k or £40.

My advice, don’t re apply immediately in fact, don’t reapply for now.
