The President should not have commended himself, he should have allowed Nigerians to assess his scorecard. He can’t be the performer and the judge. Nigerians pls score Mr President's Administration for the past two year. For all what Madam Ngozi(oga of Economic) said are all paper worker even the 6.5% Economic Growth are only meaningful on paper.no Impact on Nigerians |

I see a swift and Genuine response in Govt not this scam YOUWIN or GIS that is quick fix and isnt working for a population of 45% unemployed out her 160millions Nigerian wen a peacefull demonstration protest is done simultaneously in all d 36 states of the country. Even in south africa or america not everyone are entreprenuers. Their Govt(which ever one is elected into office) are constantly planning and creating jobs for her citizen because they know its their duty after d pple elected them into office. We would not get out of this employment if we dont shot down activity 4 a month in all the 36state. How long shall we continue to live in HOPE? |
I see women are not ready to save their future. Do you ladies know that high employment boom lead to increased marriage in d society. If you doubt me google d impact of economic boom in america after their economic depression in d 1930's |
How long will unemployed Nigerians keep living in HOPE of a job someday, oneday while ur age keep adding yearly. This is not right in the midst of plenty. Its high time unemployed Nigerians in all the 36states shot down activities in this nation 4 a whole month with peacefull PROTEST,DEMONSTRATION demanding for Jobs in her own fatherland till the Govt declear serious state of emergency and laid down practical and realistic plans to curb unemployment.this is a clarion call from all unemployed men and women. Put away pride and save ur future, our future. There is power in UNITY and TOGETHERNESS |

A 21-year-old woman on Monday stirred up the premises of Ikeja Magistrate’s Court as she employed desperate measures to draw attention to her misfortune. Esther Odozi bared the upper part of her body on Monday on the premises of the court, in protest against hunger that she said was “killing her and the five children” she left back home in Agbor Owanta, Delta State. Odozi, a farmer laid half-unclad on a road in the court shouting, “Hunger, hunger. Government must do something today. I have not received anything from the plenty crude oil money government is spending in our state. Nigerians are wicked.” She impeded movement on the premises. Passersby were astonished. One of them, who did not state her name but said she was a lawyer, told our correspondent that Odozi abused the “temple of womanhood.” Odozi, who said she lives in Owanta village in Ika North-East Local Government Area of Delta State, came to Lagos last week and because she didn’t have anywhere to sleep, slept at Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries where she begged for money to come to the old secretariat in Ikeja. She said she was directed by an official of Human Rights Commission in her state to come to Lagos that she would get help. According to her, she needed N200,000 for garri and melon business and would not leave Lagos until she got the money for the business. Odozi shunned passersby who shouted at her to cover herself as she rolled on the ground. She revealed wounds on her left leg and the right side of her hips; she said she was hit by a car. She refused a N500 given to her by a passerby, saying, “I don’t want your money. I want Fashola to give me N200, 000.” “After confronting serious hardship in my state, I was advised by an official of Human Rights Commission in Delta to go to Human Rights Commission in Abuja. I also went to Police Headquarters and NAPTIP (National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons) in Abuja. They all told me to go to Lagos; they said that is where I could get help,” she said. “My husband, Donald Ogbaja, was a retired policeman before he died of hunger. He married me when I was 17. I bore five children, including twins for him.” Odozi said she tried to survive on her own by cultivating some crops, but unfortunately, she was hit by a car and had her injuries stopped her from continuing working on her farm. “I will not leave this court without seeing N200,000 to start business. I want to sell melon and garri. Tell Emmanuel Uduaghan, the governor of my state, and the Federal Government to do something about my condition. They must give me part of the petrol money. I must take care of my five children.” www.gistfactory.com/2013/05/drama-at-ikeja-magistrate-court-as-21yr.html?m=1 |
babe_online: Its you that should use your brain to think. In how many places in the world do they pay jobless people? Its called social security. Go to America and other european countries they do it. They have d data base of all unemployed. My only fear is we dont have data base of unemployed Nigerians yet which NIMC was to do but they seem slow |
A former airline cashier, Mrs Grace Oguche, pleaded with an Agege Grade ‘A’ Customary Court, Lagos to dissolve her seven-year old marriage to her husband, Mr Maxwell Madu, over his alleged poor performance in bed and being unemployed. ”Ever since we got married, I hardly enjoyed sex with my husband”, she said in her testimony in chief. My husband does not perform well on bed. It was God’s grace that we had the only child of the union. My husband maltreats me, calls me a prostitute”. She added that her husband failed in his responsibilities and she was the one taking care of the house, yet he never appreciated her. “I want the court to dissolve the marriage because he is unable to satisfy me in bed and not responsible at home.” Meanwhile, Madu denied the allegations and said, “I agreed with her bid to dissolve the union. Because of my state of unemployment, my wife went to another man’s house for sex. ”My wife is never satisfied with sex, rather she complains so that she could get it somewhere else. I love my wife, but I do not understand why her attitude changed towards me. My wife comes home late, flirts around with different men and ,at times, she does not come home. “So, I want the dissolution of the marriage because my wife gets sexual satisfaction outside”. Court president, Mr Emmanuel Shokunle, told the couple to maintain the peace and adjourned the case to May 20 for further hearing. www.vanguardngr.com/2013/05/woman-seeks-divorce-for-lack-of-sexual-satisfaction-by-husband/ |

With the current state of rising unemployment in Nigeria one would have expected Goddluck Jonathan to declear state of emergency on unemployment which would eventually solve majority of all ds problem in the country.so many nigerian graduate have reach the age of 30 with no job and still living with their parent.everyday the 37% unemployed population wake and go out, they live on hope, some have hope and now hopeless not knowing the future of a country that doesnt plan for her citizen. This is so unfair by the Govt. Whom we surrender authority 4 them to govern the us. Some would they shuld drive bike, taxi. Or so some low life job which they wil not allow their own children to do all these minial work after going through the 4 walls of the university to acquire knowledge that add to the society. Many Nigerian graduate are unemployed they dont like admiting it. Better we speak up and save our future and comply the govt to start caring 4 her citizen.Govt should start paying these unemployed graduates unemployed benefit till they create these jobs for them.we can afford it because Nigeria is soooooooooooo rich. God bless Nigeria.all these shall be a thing of the past someday |
