PoliticsA Commander In Chief That Schedules Offensive Attack On Election Day? by rebranded(op): 7:55pm On Feb 08, 2015
GEJ cannot remain quiet on what is happening as if he has no knowledge about it.

How can a responsible Commander in Chief schedule offensive attack on election day when you are aware for over a year elections will hold on same day.

What a shame!. A failed administration..a more reason why this guy will be voted out.
PoliticsDoes The Nigerian Military Truly Supports A Democratic System? by rebranded(op): 7:12pm On Feb 08, 2015
Recent actions of the Nigerian military portrays a partisan military on the side of the PDP.

This is based on the recent whistle blower Captain Koli and now the unavailability of the security agency by choosing to start an offensive on the day elections are supposed to start.

It is unforunate we have a Commander in Chief that is unable to hold control of any of the agencies as far as their actions will support his administration or party.

It is time we critically examine, is our current military really in support of a democratic system. The above are obvious signs that some military guys are not ready to leave their positions yet and can do anything to maintain their positions

Hope we will not find ourselves in another mess in the near future.

PoliticsWhich Selfless Act Will Goodluck Jonathan Be Remembered For? by rebranded(op): 6:05am On Feb 08, 2015
Is there any selfless act that Goodluck Jonathan will be remembered for?

Or will he be known as a selfish president that used all government resources for his own interests? huh
PoliticsOpinion: True Reasons GEJ/PDP Wants To Postpone Elections by rebranded(op):
It is shame where we have found ourselves today as a country and as a people. Where some elected people in power as a result of a democractic process will do anything to truncate that same democracy for selfish reasons just to remain in power.

Below are my thoughts on why GEJ/PDP are doing everything to have elections postponed.

1. This is the beginning of further postponement, we have been told the operation on Boko Haram will last at "least" 6 weeks. I laugh! Big lie!. After 6 weeks a new reason will be given maybe for another 2 weeks and till we end up installing an interim government and Jega is out of the way for a more "loyal" INEC head.

2. To give time for JEGA's removal. PDP believes JEGA is working with APC

3. To reduce the Febuhari Campaign and allow more PDP supporters get their PVCs (where in the world does elections get postponed so the ruling party can have its supporters ready).

4. The fear of a BUHARI Presidency. A lot of our so called leaders have not forgotten how Buhari dealt with corrupt govt officials they will do everything to prevent a chance of such happening again.

5. Waiting for Obanikoro to take up the Ministry of Defense portfolio again before elections are held

In a civilised society, the police are enough to conduct elections, but our so called "leaders" believe the Military must be involved to ensure the outcome they want.

Again this comes back to the selfish nature of only one man! At this rate will throw Nigeria into confusion and mayhem.. God forbid!

If the Military can go as far as working with the PDP to rig elections just for cash and promotion

What is stopping the military from removing Buhari's certificate from his file

PoliticsHow Did Jonathan Become This Powerful! by rebranded(op): 4:19am On Feb 07, 2015
How did Jonathan become this Powerful!

Simple: By rewarding corrupt and evil people and purnishing anyone trying to do good.

It amazes me how all the institutions have been compromised and working only for Jonathan not even PDP again.

It is unfortunate that the love of money has almost destroyed this country

well what do you expect from a head that says stealing is not corruption. Free for all while the people suffer.
PoliticsWhy the National Assembly Should Reject Obanikoro As A Ministerial Nominee! by rebranded(op):
National Assembly MUST reject Obanikoro as a Ministerial Nominee!

Based on the audio evidence out in public, Obanikoro should not be allowed near heading a Govt agency talkless of a Ministry.

A clear abuse of power is evident even though we all know PDP is synonymous with that, It is time we reject this!

Are they running with a fish brain? Nyako is one of the scap goats to show toothless EFCC is working

BREAKING: EFCC declares ex-Adamawa Governor, Murtala Nyako, son, wanted

A former governor of Adamawa State, Murtala Nyako, has been declared wanted by the anti- graft agency, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission [EFCC].
Also wanted by the EFCC is the son of the ex-governor, Abdul Aziz Murtala Nyako, a retired Naval officer.

Both are wanted in a case of criminal conspiracy, stealing, abuse of office and money laundering.
The EFCC had in June 2014, shortly before the former governor was impeached, frozen the bank accounts belonging to the state government in what it then called a precautionary measure to safeguard the state treasury amidst evidence of looting uncovered by its operatives.

The commission had alleged massive looting of the treasury by top officials of Adamawa State government under Mr. Nyako, a development that, at the time, led to the arrest and questioning of key officials, including then Secretary to the State Government, the then State Commissioner for Finance, the then Commissioner for Higher Education, the then Accountant General of the State and the then Permanent Secretary, Ministry for Local Government.

PoliticsRe: What Prof. Soludo Did Not Tell Nigerians by rebranded(m): 3:34am On Jan 27, 2015
youngalex:
lols seems ur in Angry Peoples Congress..let me enlighten you...it was in Soludo's regime as CBN gov.that bank MDs' were awarding dubious non-collateral loans to themselves and their cronies that led to the loss of more that 10 billion naira of shareholders money as the affected banks had to merge,be outrightly acquired or recapitalize...most of my friends that had shares in intercontinental bank lost huge sums of money...So if i were to access his regime i wont give him a pass mark either
Now thats better to count on soludo, not listing things that the PDP President in power was responsible for.

For your information, Sanusi's radical ways made people lose money not Soludo.

Please stop misleading people with issues that DO NOT have anything to do with the CBN. Kindly amend your initial post!
PoliticsRe: What Prof. Soludo Did Not Tell Nigerians by rebranded(m): 10:46pm On Jan 26, 2015
youngalex:
I must commend Prof.Charles Soludo for such an exceptional epistle,i beg to differ in his submission on his overall assessment of the regime of Pres.GEJ,significant milestones were recorded in areas of agriculture, power and road construction and to say that the economic team is weak is quite degrading....The present economic team is and will remain the greatest convergence of great minds and achievers in various fields of endeavour.
What the professor did not tell us;
1) It was in the same regime he served that over 2 trillion Naira was spent on power without any considerable improvement
2) The Benin-Ore road was for close to a decade the worst nightmare for travellers
3) Millions of dollars were spent on TAM(Turn Around Maintenance) of Refineries without any justification for a satisfactory work done
4) Elections were manipulated and massive electoral fraud committed to favour the anointed candidate of the then president.
5) Huge funds were disbursed for the third term agenda which was truncated by our distinguished parliamentarians

The List is Endless.... $150m halliburton scandal,Privatization Scandal,National I.D Card Scam,Oil revenue diversion by the then minister of pertoleum and incumbent president(Now APC Saint)..you can add yours
I dont blame you! you must have a Phd in zoology.

What does CBN have to do with all you have said.

We need to be honest with ourselves. During Soludo's time the middle class in Nigeria began to grow again. His economic policies did wonders to the nigerian economy as well as to the private sector.

So stop talking like a zoology Phd holder!
