so I can't start to judge him now other than I'm having a very bad experience with a laptop I bought from him..from one issue to another. I have about 5 or more problems with the laptop right now.

as it stands now, the laptop is 95% useless!
and I am very very angry. howeve,I think Daniel is a calm person, I trust him to attend to me asap! I no even fit use the laptop for the main purpose I bought it for.

Was alrdy thinkn of takin it to an engineer but my xperience has tot me a lot of lessons. Don't know if I can tell them specifically that I want them to format my window when I get there or I should let them decide.

window could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt: windows root >\system32\hal.dll.please re-insatall a copy of the above file


When I clicked on option F10 as prompted for repair it shows this:
