Very good. We live in a capitalist society. Everyone is free to buy what they can afford. We all want democracy until it gets to the turn of the rich, then we want government to cripple them.

Sentiments is not going to get you anywhere. Don't let sentiments cloud your reasoning.
Only if the money is earned legally and not through siphoning of public funds.

Funny enough, most of them wouldn't have been able to afford such life but politics paved the way......through very corrupt practices.

And the parasitic west killing your Nigeria and Africa are great.small brain inside big skull smh
Atleast it's a small brain, it can do wonder.....what about a shit filled skull like yhurs? lipsrsealed lipsrsealed lipsrsealed lipsrsealed

Blaming it all on the West but don't forget to be grateful to the West too, for the advancements and developments they brought to yhu......maybe yhu would have still be living in the cave by now and jumping from one tree to another like monkeys grin grin grin.

I am sure the West is still the reason yhur country is the way it's today. Tell me, has yhur "Nigeria" not killed and crippled more lives and destinies than yhu can mention already? West still responsible?

SA killing yhur brothers and other African countries making a mess of yhur brothers are also propelled to be doing so by the West, I guess.

Bloody hypocrites whose house is on fire but will rather go around throwing tantrums on countries who hardly remember yhur existence because they're busy doing something meaningful for their own citizens and making life a better place for them.

The same West has come to yhur rescue and defense many times yhur elected leaders almost had yhu for a meal. In fact, their fear is what has kept yhur leaders from making a mess of yhu many times.

Parasitic West? They sure must have their own down sides but I put it to yhu that life would have been more hellish for yhu without them, judging by how yhur leaders and citizens will jump at any opportunity to move there.......even yhur president and top politicians in this country can't even survive without the west medical assistance. Tell me what parasite means again please.

Next time yhu wanna blame the west for yhur woes, think about the above.

Wake up and school yhurself on reality than this hate filled theory of the west. Dunce!

If it was that easy, Putin would have taken Ukraine out since. He probably didn't think they will rise to defend themselves...... Putin will soon be humbled, watch out.

Lol! They're deceitful and never been sincere.
That's not even the major concern of many of them, trust me, it's because they've seen Nigeria as worst than anything that can ever befall them over there.

Look at the statement one of them made over there, leaving this country is like escaping hell itself to alot of people. So, to some of them, it's safe to say coming to Nigeria is like coming to die anyway cheesy cheesy cheesy

Politics › Re: Have Nigerians Seen Only One Fuel Scarcity Under Buhari As Femi Adesina Claimed? by Rebuke: 7:13pm On Feb 24, 2022
backbencher:
I'm not eager to give him kudos.

The honest truth is that if he had removed subsides on petrol completely, the problem would have been solved a long time ago, and we would have had an extra, at least an extra 6-8 trillion naira in money for budgetary spending between 2015-date.

Instead, we have a subsidy monster that needs lots of money and is not satisfied. Last year, we spent 2 trillion naira on subsidy, one trillion more than the previous year, and this year, we are set to spend 3 trillion naira more on subsidies..and the amount may grow before the year runs out due to rising oil prices.

The thing is, at the end of the day, the only way to end scarcity is by removing price controls on petrol, and ending subsidy payments so that the petroleum sector would be incentivized to build refineries at home.Meaning we won't be importing fuel again...and running the risk of importing substandard fuel

Also, profits made would be enough to build and maintain, and upgrade refinereies at home of a better standard than the substandard ones where we refine fuel in Europe....fuel so dirty that it is among the worst in the world.

Niger Republic, our northern neighbor, has had no subsidy for ages. Fuel sells for N350 per liter. They make a profit, and can export fuel to 3 countries from their single refinery.
Yhu mean the same man that claimed he didn't know what subsidies meant and even said it was a scam and an avenue for the previous government to siphon or loot public funds?

See, karma is real. Buhari now talking about subsidies with his full chest, it goes to show that he is not a honest man......a very dangerous and a super fraudster, bereaved of ideas but only hungry for power.

Posterity will never forget Buhari as the worst president of Nigeria ever.

Hmmm. I remember then when this lady vehemently denied having an affair with Churchill.

Who would have believed she could even ever get married to him not to talk of proudly displaying the baby on social media.

Very shameless woman, denied having an affair with a married man but now flaunting the son of the same man she mothered on social media without any iota of shame. Shows how dangerous she herself can be.
