The fact that Ogun state is the most industrial state in Nigeria means hundreds if not millions of people working directly or indirectly and collecting paychecks, meaning there are more people out of poverty in Ogun state than all your SE states combined.

On the other hand, you don't have any credible business or industrial base to employ people, this is the reason why you must leave your village to look for work in places like Ogun state or elsewhere in the SW.

Scores are feared killed in Katsina state as bandits launched multiple attacks in three local government areas of Safana, Danmusa and Dutsinma. Sources say the attacks were coming few days after relief materials were shared to some Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in the area. The beneficiaries were said to have gone home with food items given to them by the government when the bandits struck in the early hours, snatching them away. I have lived with the northern minority tribes who are mainly Christians and they have no history of violence. The Gwaris, the Nupes and even the Kanuris have no issues, except the Jukuns. It has always been the Hausa and Fulani to a larger extent. From Sokoto , Zamfara, Katsina, Kaduna, Adamawa, Taraba, Nassarawa, Kogi and Benue...it has been deaths deaths and more deaths.
