imperiouxx: Ok. Nigeria, achieving country abi?.... You still got lots of weeping to do.i hear you... please face front ![]() |
2legit2qwt: Save your tears for Nigeria firsthave been weeping for nigeria before nairaland exists..... Its time to weep for america too ![]() |
i weep for america ![]() failed country |
ShymmexLion: Why didn't post this on the thread about Yoruba human parts sellers in Lagos, sanctimonious guy?every tribe or race has criminals amoung them and that's what makes us human .... the crime has nothing to do with nationality yet people like desola are brandishing the guy a nigerian despite the fact that he doesnt have much to do with nigerians.... if i change my name to atta mills, born in ghana but raised in nigeria, does that make me ghanaian? |
chukkynwob: African man going racist against his fellow yoruba man...hahahahahahaso how is that racicm? define racism... yetunde i talked according to her mother ... has nothing to do with nigerian... her father and mother are americans, they gave her the name simply because they like african names and what of adebayor.. is he a nigerian.... do you really know the meaning of racism? |
chukkynwob: Yoruba yes!! Nigerian no way.now you are getting the logic ... besides they are not real yorubas unlike the true son of the soil ... they dont even call themselves yoruba... so whats all the fuss ... its like calling benin or itsekiri man yoruba because some bears yoruba name, eat yoruba food... they have rich history with yorubas but not full yorubas |
tdade: one of them is a British-born Nigerian. The other was born in Nigeria but is a naturalized British citizen.... Notice how the guardian pointed out they are of Nigerian Heritage?shey bi that is what some people want... i know a sane citizen/government will deny them... but definitely not Nigerians... they will be happy to call him a Nigerian... he did what they want... he rubbished the country's name and they are happy now |
The idiotic british journalists are trying to divert the focus away from their own country. These criminals are British period!!! They comitted the crime in their country of citizenship. Leave Nigeria the hell out of this crap. Those boys probably have never even eaten "rain insects", ngwongwo, or tuwo in their entire lives. Nigerians ko, Cameroonians ni. Nonsense!!
dont mind them... according to the guy with matchete in the video... he said the british should remove their soldiers in their country... do we have any British soldier in Nigeria that could warrant such terror against them ... they are just looking for a scapegoat and to them it should be Nigerian and some dumb mofos here aint helping matters.. they already identified as a Nigerian just by the name only... i dunno what kinda person thinks anyone that bears Nigerian name is definitely a nigerian ..... if i decide to change my name to atta mills and commit crime... does that make am a ghananian |
chukkynwob: If have the same skin colour and physical features bro, your papa na oyibo misroad therefore you are englishlmao .. what a logic ... so the black british that bears yoruba names are also nigerian huh? if serena williams cousin that bears yetunde commits a big crime, she will automatically become yoruba and a nigerian because of her name if adebayor that plays for totteham commits crime.. he will automatically become nigerian because he bears adebayor huh? brilliant |
Afam4eva: Doy you think you're more Yoruba than them?hahahahahah because you speak perfect english, does that make you an english man? |
chukkynwob: They eat yoruba food, speak yoruba , bear yoruba names and yet by your logic they are not yoruba. If I may ask what is the criteria for being a 'yoruba' ? Brilliant.okay if they are yorubas ... does that make them nigerian if i should go by your logic... i speak english, i bear english name, i eat english food does that make me an english? brilliant |
Desola: But those people are mostly Yorubas too.nope they speak yoruba but not yoruba ...most of all not nigerians |
thats a yoruba name duns! from the little I know Ade means crown.
its not only yorubas that use ade duns! take a trip down to benin or togo and see many ades |
Billyonaire: I do not know why this OP is acting like this is an achievement. Rivers State and Akwa Ibom Stat have better IPP projects in place. Mini Power Stations are like Mega Diesel Generators powered by Gas instead of Diesel.you cant compare all the downsides of a generator to that of power plant |
Desola: The same way you Nigerians scream and click your fingers over your heads that paedophilia does not occur in Nigeria, yet, a lot of young girls are being molested and put in the family way sometimes by their own fathers and other times, their uncles.okay we have heard you...he is a Nigerian...happy now? ...stop ranting and go to bed already...it has passed your bed time... just yarning rubbish since morning as if its only Nigerians that molest or commit all the crimes in the world |
so when did adeboloja become a Nigerian name? i cant even find such name on the internet or faacebook.. the guy that was talking on twitter didnt make mention of Nigeria why do nigerians like tagging themselves with bad things self? god why did u create nigerians to be this inferior? ![]() |
It is funny how we sit on our chairs and become overnight analysts after reading “one liners” and headlines without any investigation. How many of us travel outside our areas of commute to & from work? How many of us go to the Hinterland outside Lagos, state capitals or business hubs where we reside. Over 65% of our population still live in Villages outside these areas , and that is where the “real” poverty our statisticians are talking about is: Where people earn less than a dollar a day. Just becos you have internet access & manage to look after yourself and family in the city, does not mean its like that for all people ( I served in a village in this country were you grow what you eat and sell the rest in exchange for other necessities, which they cannot still afford. Even in my Village in addition to this, we have a lot of Idle people with no livelihood who rely of “Transfer Payments” for people living in the town to survive) . And for the ignorant comment on paying a laborer over "N200", have you asked him how many dependants he has here and in his village to cater for after paying all the Omonile/Govt dues to enable him operate his cart in the market?. I don’t need to be a statistician to deduce all this it is right there in our faces but we choose not to see becos we are so blinded by our ignorance, selfishness, tribal sentiments and religious dogma We should stop this myopic way of analysis and comments on issues if we want move forward as a nation. Reading some comments on nairaland on issues make me wonder if there is hope at all for this nation as it is no different for those made by the so called leaders we also criticize..................
first, always get your facts right before you post on public forum, 65% of Nigerians dont live in villages, we have over 40 major cities in nigeria, or else lagos, abuja, and portharcourt are the only cities in nigeria in your book, majority of people living in villages don't need up to a dollar to survive. what you can buy with 150 in villages are much more than what you can buy with 150 in cities. take pepper or yam as example, you can eat 150 yam or pepper for almost a week in remote villages but its not possible in the city. most of those living in villages dont complain except the youths that want more for themselves and migrate to the cities to ride okada etc... if I say cities, its not lagos, abuja, porthacourth, we have benin, ibadan, enugu, anambra, warri etc these places might not be major cities but they are far from being rural areas so dont come here and feed us rubbish. by the way, you are not the only one that has been to rural areas in Nigeria your view should be your view instead of criticizing others view on subject matter because you felt you know more than 80% of people that made comments on the post |
dayokanu: Barcelona, Madrid participated in Copa Del Reythis season, everyone knows barca aint so much in form, same with madrid... anyway athlectico manager won 3 trophies mourinho won 3 so i dont think there is any difference. just that mourinho played against top teams unlike athletico manager |
hornipipe: I'll pick Rodgers over that arrogant egoistic Portuguese anyday.lol okay .. so if mourinho wants to manage liverpool today, you will prefer rogers abi? |
dayokanu: Athletico Madrid coachso do u think athletico madrid would have won those trophies if teams like bayern, Barcelona that were in top form participated in the tournament? even rafa won europa league with not so in form chelsea does that make him the best coach? now tell me, do you think any coach would have been more successful at madrid with the kinda super awesome form barca was on when mourinho joined madrid? |
double post |
hornipipe: best manager of our time? Lmaookay do u have someone else in mind? rogers? ![]() |
ePUNK: Why is no one speculating that mourinho might be moving to man city.....man city na club? ![]() |
dayokanu: How is he somehow succesful?he won 3 trophies in 3 just 3 seasons, how many managers has that record. (apart from guirdiola) and he won these trophies when barcelona was the best team in the world (in top-pest form).. how many coach(es) in history has been able to win 3 trophies in 3 seasons? even it took great sir Alex 3 seasons to win a trophy though much was expected from mourinho considering all the funds and players at his disposal but remember he has to work and play against teams like barcelona atheletico etc he may not have achieved much at madrid but he is far from being a failure ... do you think any team or manager can stand Barcelona's form 2/3 seasons ago? |
dayokanu: Let him go back to the EPL where he can boss them around and tag him special one.but he is still the best manager of our time.. he is still somehow successful in spain you know |
WELCOME HOME THE SPECIAL ONE I HOPE ABRAHAM WONT DRINK HIS KAIN KAIN AGAIN CHELSEA NEEDS A COACH THAT CAN STAY A LONG TIME AND BUILD SOLID TEAM LIKE MAN UNITED AND MOURINHO IS DEFINITELY THE RIGHT MAN UP CHELSEA ![]() |
