We have mobs lynching people on our streets in the most inhumane sense known to mankind with impunity; We have more than 90 million living below poverty threshold in the one of the richest black nations on earth by natural resources; 150 million people living in darkness or are forced to source their own power supply; the roads are dangerous to travel by, so also is travelling by air; The healthcare system does not work, even the president's wife gets flown to Germany for hiccups; Educational institutions are cancerous, and evidence of that is a certain poster around here who goes by the handle Red-light; The Nigerian Justice system is a joke, the more you steal the more you are likely to avoid a jail sentence;

How else does one define a failed state?

The atheist/agnostics loses nothing both ways, IMO. Most atheists hold themselves responsible for their actions and seek to enjoy the experience of this one life.

I help the victims and future victims by speaking out at the incompetency of the current government. Paramedics & red cross are humans and their job/commitment is to respond to scenarios like this. If ours isn't a society so sick, you wouldn't even have nursed the idea that I should be taking on the responsibilities of the government, while those in charge spend tax payers resources on concubines and holidays abroad. Yes, Nigeria is a failed state, that's why you have accident victims sitting and writhing in pains with no hopes of receiving good medical attention with an utmost urgency. Another evidence of the failure of the country as a whole would be people like you who happen to be products of its institutions and would rather absolve the government of its responsibilities, while hoping private citizens could use their personal svaings in filling such gaps, again, are you just stupiidd or just lost your gaddem mind?
