Where I stay we only use 7hrs light daily, multiply that by 20 days in a month cos they do 2 days on 1 day off, that's 140 hrs of light a month. Pls divide that by 24 hrs...140/24hrs=5days 8hrs monthly and I pay roughly 5000 monthly to this thieves...

reason why i said the distribution is no problem if there is no adequate prepaid metering of all homes..
