Blackman.s peril, the international monetary fund and world bank are holding the carribbean run black nations at ransom, with their draconian free trade policies and loan agreements their markets are flooded with cheap american and foreign goods and there by destroying the local economy, couple with blackman's syndrome of not knowing what is important most times.

The mud as well have some natural nutrient, but it shouldn't substitute a staple diet.Elephants in the wild do source mud resources too,for treats, they can travels hundreds of miles to get one,not to quench hunger, but for replenishment.

Laws should be made based on progressive culture, vision, history, philosophy, science, geology, astronomy, sociology and truth, all this things got to be understood for it to make sense.

How much do we really know about this subjects?
Politics › Re: Relative Laws by redsun(op): 3:49am On Apr 19, 2008
Looking like englishmen in the house lords, with ceremonial gowns, wigs, staff of office and their stiffness, whiteman's traditions, robots.Just like the ancient roman senators in their turbans and sandals discussing the faith of modern man.

We can as well have something to call our own.
Politics › Re: Do You Believe In Capital Punishment? by redsun(m): 3:10am On Apr 19, 2008
Anybody that is proven to have killed intentionally should be killed, not self defense,i think rape can be forgiven if it's not brutal and h.i.v infected, life sentence,or things like that will be ok.
Politics › Re: Do You Believe In Capital Punishment? by redsun(m): 2:58am On Apr 19, 2008
I think only the proven corrupt politicians like ibb, obasanjo, ibori, lucky igbinedion, ikimi, anenih, name them should be beheaded, all corrupt politicians and officials all over the world, they are mass killers and through them all crime emanates.

In every 30 seconds a child die of malaria in africa 24/7.
Politics › Re: Edo Commissioner Died On Top Of Woman - Ig by redsun(m): 2:45am On Apr 19, 2008
He died too good for a corrupt and immoral man that he is,having sex,he should have been beheaded.

If it was a legitimate meeting, why did the girl made a runner, she should have call emergency. It is just a case of a typical nigerian man,who thinks that with stolen easy money, you can have all the women, and the women don't mind too, because they are desperate, desperate as a result of the politician wrecking their lives too by destroying the country through corrupt practices,it is a case of vicious circle.

How old was he anyway and how fat?

I am talking about suitability, originality and modification.A change from foreign and alien confused followership to more of self inclined practices.

Won't you want to be yourself for once?change history.Africa seems to have nothing to its name because nobody seems to make, how can you make brocade if you don't know what your name stands for?words are powerful, language, behind every word is a mountain.

In britain imprisoned junkies are compensated for going cold turkey in prison, getting of drugs

Thousands of pounds were paid recently to junkies in prison for being deprive of drugs while in prison, what a world they live in.It is a landmark case and compensation culture in its madness.

Not an apology from britain to the black race for their crime against humanity in their participation in slavery have been agreed upon, tony blaire refuse to apologize till this day, talk less of reparation, and yet destitutes are compensated for saving their lives.

I wonder why we still practice english influenced and constituted laws in nigeria, those laws were made to suit the whiteman's manipulations of africans. We got to change the laws to suit our culture, enviroment and mentality.

You see lawyers wearing heavy gowns and wigs in burning heat, sweating, replicas of oyinbo, whiteman will just be laughing, look at this fools, they are still follwing, oyinbo man release you,you no wan release yourself, colo mentality, according to legendary Fela,i mean they should dress in fine white african simple regalias of fine linens and brocades.
Politics › Bush Weeping In Public by redsun(op): 8:38am On Apr 10, 2008
Bush was shown weeping like a cry cry baby on A.O.L news yesterday over a navy seal that was killed by a grenade while trying to save others.

I wonder what he does about the death of children and the innocents, even other thousands of american personnels that have died in the cause of his rampage.

I think he's pathetically loony and he's gradually breaking down, getting out office will save him from total mental break down or stroke and as well as save the world from total catastrophe.

America is on reverse presently, the economy is officially in recession and it is bitting england too, upward inflation.money disappears this days like magic, wages remain constant while the price of everything is sky rocketing.

I am not suprise, the main stream media are just part of western goverment propangada tools, any rational person can clearly see that in the way they censored prince harry's stay in afganistan,as well their mockery noises about zimbabwe.

They tell you what they want you to know, schooling.

I think it is a delibrate act to undermine and ridicule the black movement and interest and at the same time to appeal to ever hating rednecks that he was just there for the sake of making appearance.

What else can make a man of his status be dozing in an important occasion like that,in front of the whole world, unless of course he is sick or on cocaine like he always do,but he should use to handling the effects of cocaine by now,his body movement is that of someone who wants the rubbish talking  idiots to round up for him to go home.

That guy is a fucking cheeky racist, judging from some his comments about obama lately, like the speech he made in january campaign in north carolina, saying that obama is a little more than a black candidate popular in a state with heavily black electorates, that is weird coming a two time ex president of racially divided america.

Personally,i find black people that take whiteman seriously as jokes, politics or not,the fundamental line  is drawn,it will only take black people to change their image, not what whiteman think, says or does,

Health › Re: Unhealthy Nigerian Foods by redsun(m): 12:17pm On Apr 09, 2008
Compare to america and europe on average, nigerian food is far much healthier for the fact that they are mostly organic, unprocessed and unpreserved.

Western foods are poisonous, full of fat, insecticides and preservatives. The organic foods in the west is out of reach for an average person, very expensive.

Just like every other thing, food requires common sense, the more fatty and polished(process) food you eat,the more fat and unpolished you are going to become and the more chances of health and personality complications.

Organic lean meat, whole grain foods, fish, mostly oily ones, fruits and vegetable, i think should be suitable for anyone, notwithstanding the race or location.

Yam is good too, because it is full of fiber, natural minerals and vitamins.
Food › African Food On International Menu by redsun(op): 11:57am On Apr 09, 2008
Indian, Chinese,Mexican,Turkish foods, even carribian foods are common sites in whiteman's menu but never african, the ones that try african foods just do it for fun like the women caught up with blackmen. Why?
Music/Radio › Re: Rock Music Is Satanic? by redsun(m): 11:43am On Apr 09, 2008
An average black person's judgement is most times burdened by religion and unfounded indoctrinations not usually from the heart and observations.Different music appeals to people with different concepts, just like christians listen to gospel music for upliftment, rock fans listen to rock music for the same.It is what make your world that you swim in but some times it is good to cross paths and make a choice.

An average whiteman too will think of rap music and r & b as vile and immature because of their stereotypical impression of black people.

Most people that condemn music don't ever take time to listen to the lyrics, listen sometimes, you could find it worthwhile.

Personally,i hate death metal and unnecessary abusive raps, because of there negativity, music is for love, fun and meditation, not for hate or intimidation.

This is total madness, where is the system heading to,backward or forward?Nigeria will soon become worse than southern african countries in terms of h.i.v.

I wonder what is in the head of this politicians, there case is just a no go area, not even dealing with a slow child will be more difficult.
Health › Re: Unhealthy Nigerian Foods by redsun(m): 2:47am On Apr 08, 2008
Abstain from sugary and processed food, like white rice,it is mere cosmetics, locally made unrefined brown rice is hundred percent better, all you need to do is take your time to make it stone and shafts free.

Red meat apart from fatty is cancerous. Too much salt is dangerous.it eats into your heart.
Health › Re: Unhealthy Nigerian Foods by redsun(m): 2:28am On Apr 08, 2008
I don't know there is anything wrong with egusi, melon.High consumption of meat is dangerous, but minimal is safe, especially when it is cooked seprately and added to a meal not always cooking and eating with all the fatty stock, meat stock should be used minimally.

Fish is better with its omega 3 contents,it helps the brain to develop, eat more fish and vegetables, maybe you will change.Less fat, less sickness.

The moonshine is a reflection of the sun ray hitting the planet moon, the moon is full of deep crater,as a result magnificient asteroids hitting the surface,it could hit earth anytime and extinghish mankind, all powerful man,the position of the sun as it revolves determines the shape and size of the moon,,new, middle and full moon.It never stops,it is the source of life,if it stops, every other thing stops.Horus, the egyptian sun god, arlkunatum, the sun pharoah, and the first recorded monotheism in history.Have you heard of Nefertiti?or do you think it's a myth?
