One thing about stupid people is that they don't know when they are stupid. Did I not explain that "good day" and "have a nice day" have the similar meanings but only "good day" is inappropriate at night? In addition to having the same meaning as "good day", "have a nice day" can be used as "goodbye" during the day or at night. You were advising someone to develop themselves yet you are in the one in need of personal development. I had already forgotten about the blunder of pocohantas until you decided to bring up something I have buried. Why can't you just have fun and go? Do you think if I see pocohantas in 2 years time, I will rant on how she is an itibolibo? No! I may just laugh a bit about it and that's all. Stop taking things too seriously. Carter009 and GLYCOLYSISS have already gone. See, go and fix up your illiteracy and take it easy, poco the itibolibo will give you her number. As far as I concerned, I am done with poco and you from now on. Gosh, for how many days do you want to go ranting for an issue like this? I am out jare. Don't mention me and I promise to ignore you from now on. grin
Don't mind the guy. Issue that should have ended is what he is bringing up. Pocohantas, he is defending you too much like his destiny depends on it. Please give him your number. Na beg I dey beg. grin

Mistake(slip). The correct one is rare. Slips are common unlike the way of understanding things like an itibolibo. You keep making the mistake of trying to make slips equivalent to the dull thinking process of an olodo but it's never going to work. Just don't worry, you are not alone, there are a lot of itibolibos and olodos in this world to keep you company. OLODO RABATA. grin
This is so true. Ever since you ripped her for being an itibolibo, she has been filled with so much pain and she is proof reading your posts ever since. This was someone who called you small fry and promised to ignore you but the pain you've caused her keeps her coming to get her pound of flesh. Even her female friends who were supporting her knew she messed up big time and remained silent. It's only Vickyhow that's stupid enough to try his best to get her number.

Einstein makes a mistake. You point it out and Einstein says we helped him set a trap for ourselves. We should all be Einsteins.

What else? sad
You were just mercilessly playing yourself into Martinez39's hand and you ended up disgracing yourself even beyond the "have a nice day" error grin. Let me educate you, slip of words can be made by anyone, even professors of English. The reason why slips of words are excused is because the person who makes the slip of words knows the correction of the slip without the help of anyone. That's why it is called a slip. Lmao. grin On the other hand what excuse can you give for saying "have a nice day" is inappropriate to use at 8 : 30pm because it's literally night not day? This is only what can be expected from a dull brain. Lol. Don't even disgrace yourself any further to claim this was a slip of tongue. grin

Your dumb errors :
1) Thinking "have a nice day" is inappropriate to use at night because it isn't day. Lmao. grin
2) Trying to rope Martinez39 in with yourself because you aren't smart and educated enough to differentiate between a slip of words and your dumb way of thinking.
3) Repeatedly making the mistake in number 2 despite corrections.
4) Not being aware that you were making these errors even with repeated corrections. Lmfao. grin

You should have effected your damage control after the "have a nice day" error or just ignored Martinez39 and carter009 to save face but no, you were, as Martinez39 said, an itibolibo that's always feeling fly. grin grin grin grin

How about the tendering an apology to her and publicising it in several major dailies for two weeks? So, you sue a person to court and even before the case comes up for hearing, you are already praying the court to grant you prejudicial reliefs? Where does the defendant get to defend himself and have the right to fair hearing since you are asking him to apologize to you and pay for your legal fees even before the case is called for you to open your case and for him to open his defense? I'm not a lawyer but this case looks like child's play and it looks dead on arrival.

That’s for the plaintiff to present in court and that’s for the judge to decide. Based on the documents, I think she is seeking emotional damages, since she came out with her story she has gone through emotional trauma. This is a civil case so there is no burden to prove criminal intent.

Chivido2020 is what happens when a real woman meets a man. When a real woman meets a man, the door to his heart and resources are opened. No two ways about it.

Based on your replies it shows you have no knowledge of the subject matter and you're parroting right wing websites word for word like your master here on Nairaland. All the ignorance you typed here has already been debunked. However, you do not want to stray from your talking points and you have no intelligent contribution so you are willfully ignoring the truth and repeating your deranged spiel over and over.[/s]

[s]In some states the woman as the statutory rapist would have her parental rights terminated and subsequently lose custody hence she CAN'T receive child support, while in some states the male victim would have to pay child support because his parental rights are intact. Laws differ from state to state and child support cases are civil. If you say I am lying why don't you back up your claims with FACTS instead of all these your illogical emotional outbursts all over this thread. You refute claims without facts and you enlist the same three monikers ( which are probably you) to participate in your delusions. Empty barrel.[/s]

LOL, did you even bother to read the links?
I read your links. Your links did not address the questions posed by HopefulLandlord and myself. We were not discussing about child custody instead we were discussing child support and rape. I don't have your time. A rapist should be punished but nothing should deny a rapist his child as long as he is not harming the child. That is justice and it's not in any way against the mother.

You have still have not answer HopefulLandlord's questions. I don't just have your time.

You are just blindly arguing for argument sake.
Lol. SMH. I am not a woman.

Sure, the man should go and abort whatever kid is in his belly.
I assume you meant woman. Of course it is her choice. Is that what I have been saying? Any woman that keeps a child that results from rape did it because she made the choice to keep the child.

A raped man can get out of child support! He needs to proof he was raped and relinquish rights!
THIS IS A LIE.

Same as women, even in the case that the man was CONVICTED RAPIST, it did not stop the courts from ordering joint custody in favor of man. TF is wrong with you insisting people are lying.
You are fooling yourself. You are cunningly switching the argument from "rape and child support" to "rape and child custody" whenever it suits you. You are a liar and a manipulative person.

I know there is nothing I will say that will make you agree that the courts DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR SEX, THEY RULE IN FAVOR OF CHILD!
Of course, you always tell lies hence I can never agree with you. Good day. I have given you enough attention for today.

https://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/alabama-abortion-ban-rape-victims-rapists-parental-rights-a8951751.html

Fathers have rights in the courts too. I don't know why you people are angry about fathers having rights. The courts have ruled that a mother share custody with her CONVICTED RAPIST. The courts are not actively trying to screw men over. The courts do not care about either parent, they rule in favor of the child.
I didn't say fathers never had rights but women have "more" rights and privileges even when men are at the receiving end. Check the replies to HopefulLandlord by Martinez39 and tell me if those injustices don't exist. And you are yet to show me where fathers are favoured more than mothers? Also, show me where men are favoured more than women? Daughter of lies, manipulation and deception.

A woman can decide to have an abortion if raped. She can decide to keep the baby and the man will pay child support. Whether the child is aborted or not rests solely on the woman's choice. You are deliberately avoiding the fact that women have the option to safely travel to any of the many states that legalised abortion to get an abortion.

A raped man cannot escape child support if his female rapist decides to keep the child.

Nothing is balanced. Prove me wrong with specific evidence. Keep helping Martinez39 prove his point.

If it happened in a state where they have written laws to terminate parental rights, as a victim of statutory rape, his parental rights are automatically terminated. If he was raped as a full grown man, then of course he would need a conviction just like a full grown woman that was raped would need a conviction.
STOP SPREADING LIES.

A woman can decide to have an abortion if raped. She can decide to keep the baby and the man will pay child support. Whether the child is aborted or not rests solely on the woman's choice.

I feel like we are going around in circles now. There are cases where the courts are unfair to fathers, there are cases where the courts are unfair to mothers. The courts do not care about either parent, they rule in favor of the kid. Let's agree to disagree.
You are not going in any circle. You are choosing to go in circles. HopefulLandlord asked very questions. Will you answer or keep playing dumb?

[s]Sorry, I had to reduce the length of your post. If a father cares for his children and shows it often, the children will not buy into that brainwashing. My neighbour's Dad, got separated from his mum, when he was 13 years old.[/s]

[s]The mum tried to alienate him from his Dad, but the bit refused because he had seen his father's love in action, many times while he was still under his father's roof.[/s]

[s]One day, his mum told him, "you are just as stubborn as your father. Don't grow up to be like him." He looked at her calmly and replied: "The fact that I am like my father, shows that I am NOT a bastard. I can only resemble the person who bore me." That was the very last day, his mum said any unkind word about his dad.[/s]

[s]As for number 5, many mothers monitor their kid's conversations with their absentee fathers, because they are scared of their children being kidnapped by such men.[/s]

[s]Two of my former colleagues were victims of this. Their ex-husbands kidnapped their children, and kept them away from their mums.[/s]

[s]In one case, the woman got her child back right at the airport, as the man attempted to take the child away. It took the intervention of the police and immigration officials, to foil his plans.[/s]

[s]Since then, the woman has remained very careful about monitoring the man's calls to the kid. The man had even remarried after leaving the child's mum, but his new wife gave birth to only girls, while my colleague's child for him was a boy.[/s]

I don't have time for you females. Abeg, commot for my front with your stories and tales by moonlight. Tell them to the gods. Yen yen yen yen yen yen yen. Don't you ever mention me again. Yeye dey smell.
