I see no reason why busola would grant the interview if she wasn't sure about what she's getting herself into,her husband is a public figure, so I don't think they'd stoop so low because of attention and dent their reputation. Anyone who knows the trauma of bring raped as a child cannot support this whether it is true or not.

I remember when I was a kid and went to find my sister when I saw a neighbor bringing out his rod against my sister from the back. If you see rod!

I was shocked. I & my sister was just 11, 12 or so.


This guy played with us and we didn't even have the courage to tell anybody.

This case made me realize many Nigerians lack empathy. The ability to put yourself in the shoes of the abused. Do you know what it means to be raped? To be sexually assaulted by the one person who's supposed to protect you?

If she goes solo to court to state her case, it will just be concluded as an HEARSAY and striked out because there are no more evidences, just her word against his, she coming to social media and bearing it all is a road to recovery and giving other victims the opportunity to come out so that they all can state a very strong case against him, in saner climes, when there are multiple victims of rape against a person and a pattern, the rapist is as good as convicted.

Coming to social media and bearing it all to the public like I said, is for her peace of mind and a road to recovery, yes getting public sympathy is also a good step to healing not for validation to any rubbish, but of course, how can you know this when you're not a woman and never been raped, some victims will not give two fvcks who or how popular the rapist is in the society, a victim can never be unraped.

I had almost be raped by a pastor.... despite him not having his way because I don't know how God helped me to convince him that we should go meet in an hotel and he agreed, I couldn't stand the trauma that I fell sick for weeks and nobody knew what happened but my husband (then boyfriend)..... even when I finally had to tell my parents,they never believed me..... I was pained...... so if he has had his way years ago and I finally have the courage to speak out now,some idiot will be asking for evidence.....? I just don't know how some people reason.....

For me, I believe this story. A woman of her status cannot make a rape story up. She has a lot to lose. I think the most painful thing is not the rape. I think what made her come out now is the fact that this guy is just going about his ministry like nothing happened. It hurts that way. Seeing people still following him and calling him a man of God must really be breaking her heart.
