It’s not related , Oga. Get better informed by reading Ojukwu‘s will which was published in the newspapers, you will see that there is no mention of family property in his will.

This case they are talking about here is the case at Enugu High Court and is a different case from the one which the Lagos High Court judged a while ago.

This case here is dealing only with Ojukwu’s Will which the court validated, and is not even talking about who inherited any properties that are in his personal will .

This case also, is not even talking about their family properties.

Note that Ojukwu did not will all his properties to Bianca.

He also distributed his own assets and properties to his children and relations in the same personal will that is being discussed here.

Contrary to your opinion, Bianca Ojukwu and her kids only have some of Ojukwu’s own share of their family properties and not all.
The Ojukwu brothers distributed their family properties among themselves and each managing their own share.

The problem came up when , after the death of Ojukwu, they tried to hijack his own share back to themselves from his wife.
Those of us who have been following the case in the papers knows the real facts.

Even though I haven't read anywhere that she has a Caucasian ancestry, it is very possible that her maternal grandmum or dad was/is a Caucasian. Very little is known about her mom and it isn't that much of a big deal if my assertion is right.

She has chiseled features quite alright but that doesn’t mean she has Caucasian ancestry as you suggest. Her mom is of Igbo origin and was quite visible as the First Lady of Old Anambra State. Her dad who was a governor and well known is also of Igbo origin.

In pursuance of this objective, The Governor, who is of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) which was hitherto known as OJUKWU’s Party, the late Igbo leader having been the arrowhead of the party, has henceforth banned the display of Ojukwu’s picture or image on party paraphernalia across the state. He has endorsed the Zikist ideology for the Party, eulogizing Zik as a great Nationalist like himself, and proclaiming that he believes in one United Nigeria and that Anambra, Ojukwu’s home state should reflect his preference.

The Anambra State Capital Awka has since been decorated with Billboards of the governor , replacing Ojukwu’s image with Zik’s image, including one at the major Amawbia junction flyover at Awka.

APGA faithful in the state have expressed anger and disappointment at this move, accusing the Governor of using OJUKWU’s picture to campaign when he was seeking votes from Anambra people, wearing Party uniforms branded with OJUKWU’s picture only to turn round and proclaim himself a Zikist overnight after he won the election.

They also accused him of clout chasing with his visit to Nnamdi Kanu in detention, only to turn round in secret engagements with the federal government to advise them to retain him in detention for the security of the south East.

If Soludo like, make he wake up Zik from the dead, All I know is that he will be one term governor. He is killing people with too much tax.

She did not care about these poor masses, as her mission was to engage in this PR stunt in preparation to by , as she has continually boasted, for the elective office of Mayor of Sugarland, Texas. In preparation for this, this First Lady has been transferring huge funds from Anambra State treasury to USA using various fronts.
She has applied for US citizenship in order to pursue this objective, but unknown to her, there are several petitions pending against her, both at the EFCC and the United States, even under the presidential proclamation 7750 which deals with corrupt foreign public officials who have domiciles assets, proceeds of corruption from their home countries. Ebelechukwu Obiano’s overbearing and avaricious attitude has cost Governor Willie Obiano dearly. It was said that this was the major reason Willie Obiano couldn’t ascend the position of the Managing Director of Fidelity Bank. It was her attitude that drove the Governor into drunkenness especially when it became difficult for her to conceive.

Mrs Obiano is so razz and uncultured having been raised by a single mother that was busy having children for eight different men. Up till today, people still wonder what could have brought such a cultured and well trained man like Willie Obiano, together with such an uncultured Osodietipia. Despite Exco’s approval of some companies by merit, Osodietipia, the She that must be obeyed,, swung into action to deploy her companies to the various contracts thereby nullifing Executive Council decisions. Till today, her companies are the ones executing all the contracts in all the Government lodges. And the worst is that in the face of all these, the Governor seems so powerless.

Mrs. Obiano's appetite for money is unquenchable to the extent that she does not even understand what is meant by conflict of interest by those in government. She’s everywhere. She’s scheming using known proxies in all ministries. She uses CAFE her pet program as the reason for her excessive acquisitions. She manipulates the State’s IGR through the Wiping Wiper using Dr. Nzekwu and the disgraced and demoted Okey Anyayo. He also uses Mr Luke Aniakor, Emeka Ozumba, and many others as her proxies in moping all the funds from Anambra State. She forced the installation of her brother as the Anambra Market Chairman and he collects over N20m monthly in IGR from the markets in Anambra State but remits a paltry N300k to the state.

Below are some of the companies she uses to execute the facilities management and other contracts in Anambra State against the approval of the Anambra State Executive Council.

The slow pace of many contracts and road repairs in Anambra state like the Enugu-Agidi- Nawgwu -Ukwulu road which is not yet done 50% is because the job is under Mrs Obiano even when the contract has been fully paid. The Amawbia-Nise-Nri-Agulu road rehabilitation is not done 30% because Madam Governor is the one handling the repairs and the Commissioner for works dare not query her almost uncompromising attitude to the pace expected of construction companies in Anambra state in execution of these road contracts

Mrs. Bianca Ojukwu, wife of late Biafran warlord, and former Nigerian Ambassador to Spain, has recollected the good old moments when she contested in the Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria beauty pageant and won as an undergraduate law student 30 years ago. 

The former beauty queen also won subsequent beauty pageants and visited over 20 countries within one year.

Mrs. Ojukwu took to her Facebook page to share throwback pictures as she wrote;  

Thirty years ago this day, 4th Dec. 1988, I ventured in trepidation onto the grand stage of the National Theatre, Lagos, as a contestant in the MOST BEAUTIFUL GIRL IN NIGERIA PAGEANT by Silverbird Productions. By the grace of God I won the contest. I was then a law undergraduate at the University of Nigeria. The rest, as they say, is history.

Then it was the era of ‘winner takes all’ as pageant winner. From there I took off to Banjul, where the MISS AFRICA Pageant was held and I once again emerged the Winner. Next was the MISS CHARM Contest in Moscow which saw me emerge as Miss Drushbah. After that was the MISS INTERCONTINENTAL Pageant. I am the ever African ever to have won this Pageant.

This was an awesome experience which provided a wonderful opportunity to visit over 20 countries of the world in the space of one year of my ‘reign’( a great privilege for a mere student) including 12 European countries as well as several other world destinations including Singapore, Japan,Russia, Taipei, Dubai, Republic Of China, Hong Kong where I represented Nigeria at the MISS WORLD beauty Pageant and Cancun, Mexico where I was the Country’s representative at the MISS UNIVERSE Pageant.

It is to God’s glory that I went this far. Today, as always, I continue to celebrate the amazing opportunities God has thrown along my path in life. This is just one of them.

She stated that APGA will suffer the repercussions of conducting skewed primaries against her and other founding members of the party.

Ojukwu’s widow, who recounted her ordeal at the APGA senatorial primary in the Anambra South district where she lost to Mr Nicholas Ukachukwu, appealed to APGA members not to quit the party, as it was not the solution to the problem.
