Mj4199:that's simply because the US is now facing wars and threat of wars in the East and has to deal with it. They'll come back for Putin, and we've seen this before where Russia suddenly gained more territories and later loose it. |
Why are there white stones in white beans and brown stones in brown beans? |
What a government, in order to run away from minimum wage increase you came up with another promise that won't be fulfilled. This government said minimum wage would be increased in April this year and this is May. Your first promise is yet to be fulfilled and you're bringing up this one. |
Right! You nailed it... It's like this in most cases. That's why it's very important to never let your wife alone with midwives during labour. |
The engine go rust as no situation will ever make it useful. |
No matter how someone wants to colour Tinubu's failure, at least the blind can see what is happening, the deaf heard, etc. Tinubu is practically following the footsteps of Buhari whom after destroying everything that would have helped the economy now went to be pressing CBN like remote in order to do magic in the economy. I heard they're now going after MFBs like Opay, Moniepoint, etc. under the guise of crypto fraud, where as we all know that these companies have collected almost all the customers from local banks. Why not ask them to strengthen their policies instead of barring them from receiving new customers. All in the name of appreciating naira against dollar. Which serious economy fights its own serious tax paying businesses to strengthen its currency value? Rather than release more grants to SMEs in order to boost local production this APC government right from Buhari's tenure is looking for a way to use CBN policies to as a magic wand to perform a trick that doesn't exist. FUNNY! |
People now fake stories just to be famous. good luck. |
Very funny... So now war victory is determined by hardware captured and not cities conquered. Nice one! It's a great medal award for the war. |
Buhari and Tinubu happened. |
Lol, well i see it differently. I think the current government wants to empty the state's treasury for the coming government to generate their own money. We've seen this in almost all past governments. They tend to spend more public funds during their last tenures. Wike embarked on more projects during his last tenure, Buhari almost left zero naira in account for Tinubu, El Rufai did exactly the same thing. So, this move is not new. Okorocha employed more workers before exiting the seat. So, that's a norm here in Nigeria. |
Why this rule no come during Buhari tenure since na him men do am? |

You must be satisfied with whatever you want to watch. You need constant electricity. As for me, I have an 8000watts Solar and a 5000watts vertical wind turbine systems installed. So, without light, you may not enjoy it as supposed. |
jmoore:Lol! Please hike it and see how the alternatives begin to be patronised. I just bought three free to air disc one for Movies, one for news and the other for sports. I don't even know much about it or how it works because my son introduced it to me. But it cost us 300k+ for purchase and installations. Started using since november and up till now, we've paid no dime for subs because there ain't any. I wonder why people can't just switch. |
Figments of imagination |
God1000:Yeah, right! Time to face justice... This should send a message to others who used something like DSS to intimidate people exercising their rights within the law. |
robosky02:This one na mami wata. God forbid this kind thing. |
You just highlighted the core problems in our country of which electricity is the major one and you're 100% correct on that. The thing is, we're still battling with power with our older generation who doesn't understand these things. So, it will take a bit longer for things to level up. If you look very well in our politics, you'll see that there are more younger men contesting for leadership roles than the much older ones, which means someone who ar least understands the importance of what you've listed above is about to lead. So, keep calm. It's just a matter of time, but within the next 20 years. |
I sold some of my shares and made withdrawals on wealth.ng but the withdrawal failed and the money was not reversed. Calls to their customer service line isn't picked. No response to several emails. It's day 4 now. Thought I was the only one, my friends and colleagues tried and same scenario occurred. Wealth.ng ain't picking calls or doing anything about it. People's money just gone like that. Be careful with this app. Myself and my friends and colleagues are going to report their app as well as their attitude. This is to warn the public to trade cautiously. |
benjackugo:Audio! Just to save the face of the senate... |
ManirBK:Yobe don use 500 vulnerable cash out. You go see something like bags of rice bought with 500million but the receiver gets a pack of indomie and spaghetti. |
9izone:Please, can you explain exactly how one cannot rig? Let me say for example, *Number of voters 7 *PDP got 5 votes *APC got 2 votes But the uploader typed -5 votes for APC and -2 votes for PDP in reverse as against the actual scores by each party yet equalling the exact number of acredited voters validated by BVAS. Now, how do you go about this? |
9izone:What then is the difference between BVAS and Card reader? |

Please, throw more light and explanations on BVAS. I thought it's all electronical but in the Ekiti election i'm seeing on social media, i see ballot box and people dropping paper inside. Please, what exactly is the work of BVAS if people will still be voting with ballot papers? Thanks! |
VGSocial:No be paper and balot box i dey see so? I thought they said it's completely digital... What is that box and the paper in that man's hand doing there? Chai! It's easy to rig if it's still paper based and the use of BVAS is rubbish and a total waste of time. |
Please, Does it still happen these days (2020-2022)? If not, what has been put in place to curtail this menace? |
Islandlady:false fake nairaland news! |
