forgiveness:There are many banks along Faulks road, ASA road, Aba Owerri road, Azikiwe road, Ikot Ekpene road, Brass road, Okigwe road, Ngwa road etc. If you actually lived in Aba then you should know these already! |
Omoawoke:Ikot Ekpene is the 3rd most important city in Akwa Ibom but I bet you it's far better than all the so-called cities in SW except Lagos. The slum below is a typical "city" in Southwest, can you compare it to Ikot Ekpene?
|
Ogene001:How old are you? Are you even Igbo? Igbos have no problem with Akwa-Cross. We have always enjoyed cordial relationship with them since ages. After Igbos in Aba, Ibibio people are the next highest number of settlers. Someone posted a picture to glorify Ikot Ekpene only for you to start criticizing childishly. A smart person chooses his battles smartly. It's really a shame when people like you bring unnecessary antagonism toward Igbos. SMH. |
Disgusting sadwasted bigots are busy supporting a criminal drug lord because of tribalism. Yet they're the ones suffering the most in their decayed rusted houses. |
raskymonojendor:Lol, I find it ridiculous when people whose region are stuck in 1960 are advising Igbos about developing their region. Next 20 years SW will still remain rusted while SE cities would be covered with high-rise buildings and skyscrapers. Compare pictures 1&2 with 3&4 then tell me those that need help.
|
MTNnews:Even till the next century, whatever inconsequential tribe you come from can never be as great as Igbos. Igbos are not your mate in anything and extreme poverty is alien to us unlike you miserable lots that are deep in multidimensional poverty. The only cursed tribe I know in Nigeria are those that have remained stagnated since the last 50 years. Sadwasted cannibals that live in rusted roof slums. Spits. |
Parachoko:Peter Obi is only trying to make your life meaningful but you can't even know what is best for you. Pathetic! |
Just look at the madness this supreme Court imposed governor is doing in Imo State?! What manner of despicable dungeon is Nigeria? This supreme Court governor was never voted for by Imo people but they imposed him on the state. He stays more in Abuja than in Imo State he is supposed to be governing. He hasn't done anything in 4 years except to mark roads and fix traffic lights that are no longer functioning. This is the type of disgusting democracy Nigeria is practicing but if the Niger republic scenario happen here they will start preaching democratic ideals. Spits! |
insidelife22:You dey mind them. They're sponsoring insurrection at night while crying more than the bereaved in day time. France is sending them to subdue Niger so they can continue to raping that poor country to death, yet the fools including the drug lord are happily complying. SMH. |
raskymonojendor:Shut up your mouth! You're not even ashamed this is what government is giving you guys?! Even an averagely rich guy in the East will give 10x of that to people in their community. Pathetic! |
Yama Yama. All I see is poverty and humiliation of people. What will that small nylon bag do for one person? Talk more of families?! Can it last two days?! Charles Darwin's theory is indeed occuring in Nigeria. SMH. |
Enugupikin:How does Wike being an Igbo man or not change anything? How will a Southerner becoming FCT minister make any difference? In a country besieged with so many problems, such irrelevances shouldn't be discussed. |
Codeye:You guys should continue pushing Tinubu until he embarrasses Nigeria beyond redemption. What you're calling ECOWAS is essentially Nigeria. When ECOMOG, which is the military wing of ECOWAS intervened in Liberia, how many other West African countries joined Nigeria? Again, you continue to isolate Niger but forgetting they have full active support of Mali and Burkina Faso! They also enjoy passive support from Chad, Algeria and Guinea. What do you think will happen if two aircrafts are shot down within days of the war and hundreds begin to desert the NA? Make una dey play! |
Mynd44:So, you believe it takes forever before a country can take delivery of such weapons? You think the military leaders would be waiting for Nigeria to invade them without making preparations to defend themselves? Even if there is airstrikes against them, won't you bring boots on the ground? That's when you will see the real war. Anyways, I don't see Hausas and Fulanis on both sides killing themselves because of the personal interest of a Yoruba man. They're not that foolish. So, expect the highest level of desertions, traitors and sabotage ever experienced in modern warfare. |
Mynd44:RPG's, Surface to air missiles and surface to surface missiles is available and can be do serious damage. You think Niger is Sao Tome and Principe? We are talking about a large desert country here! |
To me, that won't be necessary. They should listen to IBB and go about their business. |
Napata77:Noted, but don't go close to Illorin because the fulani Muslim rulers don't allow idolatry of any kind. BE WARNED!!! |
Napata77:Eeya, chai. No wonder you ended up so useless to humanity. |
Bevista:More than half of Nigerians either don't put on generator again or only do so for a few moments. Many no longer travel or attend to events/visits except it's essential. Many now go with public transportation instead of private cars yet the margin of difference between pre subsidy removal and now isn't that much. These people are obviously not honest with Nigerians. Imagine that fool comparing fuel price in Nigeria, a major oil producer to wretched and landlocked countries?! Why not compare with fellow oil producing countries like Angola, Algeria, Gabon, Libya, Equitorial Guinea etc. Even those poor and less endowed countries have higher minimum wages than Nigeria! Indeed these creatures defending Tinubu are very heartless. |
QueenNyakim:Look at someone from a country whose president is a drug baron. Someone who stole a presidential mandate and ran away with it. A country with the poorest currency in Africa. Has the largest concentration of poor and destitute people. Where fuel price is among the highest in the world. Where hundreds are being killed everyday all over the country. Yet he left all these chaos to concern himself with Mali and Burkina Faso ?!!!!!Spits. |
Lol, no be only first Yoruba sultan. Aren't you asking for a future impossible tense??!!! Until I see a Yoruba Muslim as chief imam of any big mosque in the North, before dreaming of sultan. That's definitely a haram ![]() |
timiofede1: 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 |
But why will the chief and all the ijaws in the community run into the bush because two soldiers were killed by "unknown gunmen"? We heard news of a helicopter being shut down in Niger state and 23 soldiers killed yet no one heard of the traditional ruler or indigenes running into the bush to hide !!!What is really happening, can someone explain the sort of double standards being used in Nigeria ![]() ? |
The fat pig is biting more than he can chew. Since he teamed up with the drug lord, our soldiers have remained under threat. I pray they pump hot slugs in that shit-filled pot belly of his!!! |
Good one!!! The agenda to criminalize ESN and force the Igbos to ostracize them has failed. ESN has come to stay for the safety of Igbos and an uncertain Nigeria's future. No reasonable Igbo man or woman would see the genocidal crimes against humanity going on in the middle belt and parts of SW and still want our region unprotected. The fat pig and those that sent him to cause anarchy in the East has failed. |
darling4242:That's a massive 54 years later and yet no difference ![]() ![]() ?Dubai transformed from a desert wasteland to a "New York" within half of that period! Same with most other regions of the world, there had been very significant changes. However, in the South West of Nigeria, things have remained the same after more than 5 decades!!! This is where there should be chants of ronu, but whosai ![]() Another 20 years from now and skyscrapers will dominate the skyline of Eastern cities while SW remains like this ![]() "The past is key to the future"~~superposition principle! |
Couldntfigurean:Godamn it!!! This region should win the guinness world record as the most stagnated place in the world. Even remote places like South Sudan, Mali and Yemen can't possibly be this stunted ![]() |
BeautifulMind2:Complete rubbish!!! Soludo is a failure! Alex Otti has shown him what good governance should be, not bogus empty words! Every sensible Igbo man and indeed Nigerians can easily tell you that Alex Otti is a million times better than Soludo the failure!!! |

?!!!!!
