For me I figured out the visa office processing my application, then I sent them a mail and attached my baby's birth certificate, yours will be marriage certificate then raise a CSE and attach the same document again.
It's been advised on this platform that spouse is best added after Application as been submitted then let breez blow am small.
Lastly I will advise you submit proof of fund covering the two of you, that was what I did so I was not asked for additional document concerning proof of fund.

Have been away for a while. Full Time employment given to me by my new princess.
My baby was successfully added to my application and a new PPR has been issued. Passport en'route Accra.

First PPR mail: 22August
ADR(baby's Doc): September 13
ADR Submitted: September 15
New PPR mail: September 20.

Question 3: PBEC but my husband used Wes doh cos we didn't have much information then so he didn't claim point as a professional, he was awarded points as a BSc holder. When he is much settled in Canada he will pursue the whole licensing thingy.

I had my baby a week to when ppr mail came in so what I did was to figure out my VO which is Ottawa so I mailed them cos the mail states i must notify them before sending down my passport so I mailed them and I attached a copy of her birth certificate just to show that I just had the baby a week earlier and I was gonna notify them. In the process of waiting for their reply I went ahead to have her int'l passport expressly done as well as her medicals. I also raised a CSE and attached her documents that I have available and also I put a cal thru to Ottawa; the agent was very helpful and he acknowledged receipt of my mail. A place holder will be created for your baby where you will be asked to upload her passport, birth certificate, additiona family information form and so on. You will then submit and make payment for the baby's application. Then she will be added and given a UCi number. I was told the first ppr mail will be cancelled and a new mail will be sent so I can send the baby's passport with mine and that of my husby.
Note: My own passport as not been stamped my baby came before PPR mail. Then for medicals I will recommend "The children practice in ikoyi" the give preferential treatment to new born. You won't have to queue. I hope you find this helpful. Best of luck.

"Additional Family Information" was not part of the requirement for me. It is either a new requirement or it is specific to your situation.

Couldn't fill the IMM008 completely so I supported it with a cover letter and wrote boldly that there has been no changes in my family composition. Experience shows that either is acceptable especially if your family composition has not changed. Interestingly, some have submitted without including the IMM008 and yet no issues since their family configuration remains unchanged but there is no harm in playing safe.

The email address I sent a mail to is Accra.immigration@international.gc.ca and I got automated response saying they will reply shortly so I'm surprised to see a different email address on the screen shot....

My suggestion,
Call the Canadian High Commission in Ghana (someone has posted the number already) and inform them, they would guide you. If you cannot get through to them before the deadline, go ahead to include your baby details in the IMM0008 form (if requested in your PPR letter) and other documents for the baby like international passport and passport photo.
Also include photocopy of your baby's birth certificate as proof/evidence and you can write a brief cover letter stating that you want to add your baby, you have already raised a CSE, the baby's birth date and that the baby came after you submitted eAPR etc.

Thank you very much, I will do just that. I think their office close by 4 so I will put a call thru first thing tomorrow morning.

I stated earlier that I raised a CSE and sent a mail to ottawa copying Ghana and London visa office to add my baby to my application before the 15days deadline to submit my passport but haven't gotten any response so I put a call thru today and I was told to contact my local visa office but I don't even know my local visa office so I don't know who to contact and I have like 6-7 days left...
please any suggestion?

Sent a mail since Tuesday notifying them of the increase in my family size before sending my passports as the ppr mail instructed , but haven't gotten a response and the 15days deadline to submit my passport is ticking fast..... please I need an advice o.

Few takeaways from and comments on your testimony:

LOE is necessary when you have something to explain e.g. a seeming inconsistency that could be easily picked by a reviewer and which may lead to ADR, cancellation or a rejection.

If you don't have an ironclad explanation for an issue or if it would be lies (which they may eventually pick out), it may be better to just submit required documents and hope for the best just like you did.

Your hubby already had the maximum points required for EE (3 years) so the work reference appears okay. Could have been seen as a minor error.

That you forgot your visa denial was an omission. Applicants should not think this is a norm but rather an exception. Many have gotten away with this or simply get ADRs while some were not so fortunate.

Every application is unique. What works for one person may not work for another. Once again, I rejoice with you. Congrats!

Thanks for the correction.... Guess most people mis-interpreted my last post and for clarity sake cos sometimes words don't just come out right the way you want them to. The importance of LOE" can't be over emphasized. It helps explain discrepancies and makes an application easily understandable. So I'm not discouraging this. The point I'm trying to make is what you've stated in ur second paragraph, ones lies is what you have to explain just let it be and pray for favour. I just feel lies complicate things especially when trying to cover the source of funds used as pof.
Please note, I'm only speaking from what I have experienced so other people who have pending application with discrepancies can have a refreshed hope. May God make it easy for us all.

Lol. In fact, the reverse is the case in this matter. We've seen that those with plenty travel history are the ones with relatively slower processing times while those who hadn't even been to any airport scale through without any ish.

Hello House.... Here's my Timeline

Aor: July 5
Medical passed: July 21
Ip1: (I missed it)
NA: July 22
ADR: August 1 (RPRF)
Ip2: August 17
PPR: August 22
(Family of 2 but I'm Adding a dependant now)

My application was nothing close to perfect but when God is involve protocols are suspended. We made a huge deposit of about 95% of our pof 3 weeks to submission, that alone gave me sleepless nights but I just had to trust God. We decided not to write a letter to explain that cos we realized expalnaing sometimes put you out there for too much screening and really there was nothing to explain except lies.
Secondly out of my desperacy to get more points before ITA I declared that I had a relative in Canada who's actually my cousin but I ticked her as my aunty cos I was not given that cousin option and I wanted points from adaptability. When it was time to proof the relationship after receiving ITA, my eyes cleared that have actually given a wrong information but I went ahead to submit all her documents and this was over looked and not counted as misrepresentation.
Thirdly, when my husband tried to pick up his reference letter from his place of work, the company insisted on giving a letter covering just 3 years and we already declared in our application that he has been with them for 4 years but the company said he worked as a contract staff the first year so they won't be including that. We sha collected letter like that and We never wrote a letter to explain this too.
My fingers hurts already but trust me there are still so many errors, like verifying with Wes instead of PBEC and so on. I even forgot to declare that I was ones denied a U.K. Visa. Don't have any travel history doh.
This journey has taught me a lot of things and please let's try so hard to reduce our explanations especially when not asked. May the Lord perfect this journey for us all.

Finally put to bed over the weekend. Praise be to God. Please how long do I have to notify Cic? My application is Aor July 5 and have been on NA 2 since 21st after Med passed, ADR:RPPF on 1st.
The issue is I'm not in a city where there are recognized Cic medical Panel and It won't be advisable to put this new born on the road this early as I neee to recover myself.

The eyes have to be open o. Babies these days open their eyes from day1. My first son was held upside down briefly so he was startled awake and that's how his picture was taken. My baby now was tickled awake. His picture still looks like he was furious.
