Good day house,
I appreciate all nairalander both in this thread and other thread. Please I will need ur advice.

I applied for a job online which I have been given opportunity to work with a company in USA, I have been told the exactly salary while the accommodation is free, visa and travel process is free. 3 forms has been given to me which I have filled all the three firms (visa form, work permit form and the Org form) . I have returned the firms after scan.

I was told that the forms with be transfer to their head office at Cameroon for quick process of my visa which will only take 1 to 2 day..

Now I was told that I will need to pay $500 which is 180,000 NGN for the delivery of my documents to Nigeria. I was told that the courier agent will get the money from me that I shld get the money ready.

pls house, can this be real or not?
what is your advice.
assuming you meet ur self in dis situation what will you do?

Its better. Imagine landing in the US with your Immigrant Visa. Imagine the boldness you will have, the CBP officer knows that you are legal immigrant, while another person will be nervous, you will be bold knowing that you have done the right thing. We are not against immigrating to the US, but we are for doing it properly.

What story are you going to tell them, that they have not heard? Also do the right thing. By the way, there is a forum for US Visa immigrant category.

First, know the EXACT and GENUINE reason you want to travel to the USA. This will determine the visa category you will apply for.

Next, go to GTB and pay for the category of Visa you wish to apply for, i.e; Its N64,000 for Business & Tourist Visa (B) category.

Fill in your DS- form with accurate and truthful information, copy the application number and schedule an appointment with the same application number and input your receipt number.

Arrange all the necessary documents. Await your interview date and pray
