After 13 days my appeal was cancelled. They said my uploaded documents werent clear.

Nothing much bro, login to ur alipay, click on verification or so, and upload the required document, in my case, I uploaded only the front and back of my national ID card. Then I added my card, and $0.01 was deducted for the verification (I authorized it though and OTP was required). I got a confirmation mail after 24 hours so and that's all

I have an unapproved appeal for more than 10 days now. I chatted aliexpress cc 4 times they all promised to take the matter personally to enable speedy verification. Till now, they have done nothing.

This OTP stuff is quite hectic @ first trial. This is how it goes for those who aren't aware about it.

If u are using a uba MasterCard for online transaction an OTP is needed. Now let's make one thing clear.

OTP generated by quickteller from ATM machine is totally different from OTP giving to u by ur bank.

Now this my personal experience. I own a uba MasterCard. Visited an ATM machine to obtain OTP. @ first it wasn't successful probably network issues. Went again and did exact same tin and it worked. A six digit code was sent to my phone. But In my own conviction I wasn't satisfied cos it seems an OTP for local transaction eg, interbank transfer, paying local bills eg, electricity and buying recharge cards is what I achieved. This services is provided by quickteller not my bank.

I decided to mail uba demanding to be profiled for OTP and they responded swiftly. They asked for my account number, last four digits on my ATM card and my phone number.
I provided everytin as requested. Surprisingly they called me and asked for relevant Info's about the account which I replied accordingly. This whole interactions starterd yesterday and now, I got a mail from uba that my account has been activated to receive OTP whenever I wanna make an online transaction. That's all

This Chinese men don't wanna hasten my appeal approval. Dont know their headache

The ref no is not your OTP.. OTP will be sent per transaction.

I received my OTP now. A six digit code.

Nope that is not ur otp sir,otp usually 4-6 digits,i think this means you can now recieve otp anytime u initiate a transaction,or better still go your bank.

Otp or token choose any. Without them, you bank won't authorize the transaction. It's a code from your bank.

I have to go get mine on Monday. Meanwhile my appeal is pending. Does it take more than 3 working days? Thanks

OTP is SOFT TOKEN powered by QUICKTELLER not your bank. You have to activate it before it will start working.
Follow these steps:

Visit an ATM
Insert your card
Select Quickteller
Select "Pay bills"
Choose your account type
Select “Others”
Enter 322222 as the payment code
Enter your phone number as ‘Customer Reference’
Accept the N1.00 amount displayed
Follow prompts to complete the transaction

Nope, you can't but you can arrange with choppers. You place order on their behalf and you get your cash from them.

You wouldn't have been Able to purchase with that 32700 balance....

Note: asides the compulsory 1k that must be in your acct, another 1k should be there so you wudnt have any transaction problems. Reason is sometimes uba can be as high as 324 so to get the $100 smoothly, you've gotta have a balance of 34k
