My thoughts.

The Dr even got a salary raise at the new job and wasn't jobless after all. His desire for career pursuit is a natural human trait to all who wants the best out of life. His failure at it is not linked to the poorly narrated story!
Yeah, linking the story to Yussuf is rubbish, just looking for cheap scores. The system wore the Dr down... The debts particularly

Amen! This is the prayer one should pray.

It's easy to condemn someone like Dr. Obafemi if you haven't been in a similar situation. I have, maybe still am.
To him, there was no more hope, the PLAB was his last hope. Failing it made him even worse than before (he's now in unrepayable debt). People won't give up as long as there's hope. Hopeless is the killer.

Still, may we all look for the strength not to give up.

All caught up. Finally!
@Bukolaberry referred me to this story yesterday and every other thing faded in importance. Mind blowing!

Numerous subplots, all awesome. My favorite parts, in no preferential order -
*Felicia's relationship with her dad.
*Jaiyes family relationship with God.(Most times I found them haloed, like 'I love that'. Other times it was amusing as it appears the holy spirit was emotionally blackmailing them)
*Felicia's dad rapport with dapo.
*How Tomini and Temi's relationship got mended after the essay.

And others that I can't remember rn. I'll edit as I recollect.

You're an amazing writer, among the top 20 writers I've read their work (excluding funny African childhood and comedy writings). And I've read thousands or even 10s of thousand.

Please get a reputable firm, like Rose's wink, to publish this. Don't deprive the world of this masterpiece.

Thank you @Millieademi for the story and @Bukolaberry for the refferal. Now let me go pacify my boss for missing 12+ work hours grin

Just checking literature section to see if there's any update on the stories I follow when I noticed the attached image.

You're a fan of good stories; I see you follow Larrysun too. Warms my heart! I won't be surprised if you follow Souloho, rosemary and Youngzubi.

Meaning the opposition is responsible right?

Life is about perspectives
My brother they are all the same. Opposition in name, same in result on the citizenry--hardship. Even the so-called fresh faces being clamored for, many have sworn to take their share of the "national cake"(the existence of the phrase shows the mentality of the country, generally speaking). It's disheartening.

“We leave camp about 9 am and return around noon,” another widow, Jimma Ibrahim, 40, said. On a good outing, Jimma gathers N600 worth of firewood. On other days, she makes about N400 daily. “

We sell the firewood within the camp where retailers and households buy them,” she said. The money she makes helps cater for her five children in the camp. It is no way near enough. “We are in dire need of food and cloth for our children.

We need support to survive the hard times,” she said.
This is really sad. Why won't such people sell their votes to politicians for N5000 and meager foodstuff?
5 kids though...just bringing them to the world to suffer. Mtchew

Women that has only sex to offer ain't meant to cherish and cared for stop being a pussy niqqa
Abi o.
My problem with many people ehn is that they see sex as what a woman is bringing in a relationship. It takes 2 (for regular people wink) to tango. Sex is at the very least equal contribution. If the lady is not enjoying it but keeps doing it under duress, then it's sexual abuse. Otherwise, they are both pleasuring each other.
In life ehn, not just girlfriend, you owe nobody nothing. Everything you do is your choice, freewill. And when a person chooses to do something, especially for those who do not demand for it, they give them1000%.
RomanceRe: Has A Girl Ever Toasted You Before? Share Your Experience by Reva1(m): 9:02pm On Jun 16, 2020
Several times, for as long as I can remember. So much so that my guys tease me with it and try to make me love-vendor for them.
The 2 unusual ones I had was in secondary school and university. My friends were wooing them while they were interested in and eventually toasted me. I agreed, simply because they were hot and beautiful. Ruined my friendship with my secondary school buddy so when it happened again in the university, I was experienced enough to know to keep my friend in the know, so we all got it sorted (dude was also interested in my gf whom I was no longer interested in so we just swapped grin. Worked out for them as they are married now and have kids)

It's not an uncommon occurrence, happens frequently - directly or indirectly. And I respect them for the courage to defy the norm and go for what they want

good, So far you don't carry around the mentality that it can't happen to any other player.
I never did, you decided that for me!

I liked the Yak! I was just playing around, even the Yak would laugh at the miss now(he did in the match, and scored later still) but you took it all serious. Learn to chillax. Sport is entertainment, we are to catch fun - both from goals and unbelievable, funny misses.
Ronaldo missed open goals in Man. Utd and Real, while Messi did same for Argentina. Zlatan, Pato and others did too. And when there's a similar list like this for them, I'll be there too. wink

Yeah. I recently re-watch one match he scored 4 in a game. He was phenomenal for Boro and Rovers. And I liked his laid back attitude to confrontations too, dude just got on with the goals.

Don't mind them. Even the great Claude Makelele scored 2,the first of which was a bonus - a penalty(scored the rebound) in the final game of the season.
Besides Antonio Conte, Mikel featured heavily under all the numerous Chelsea managers from 2006-2015. They must have all seen something in him.

Top 10 Nigerian Footballers In Premier League History

5. Yakubu AIYEGBENI (Portsmouth, Middlesbrough Everton & Blackburn – 252 appearances/95 goals/26 assists)

The highest-scoring Nigerian player in the history of the Premier League and behind only Didier Drogba and Emmanuel Adebayor amongst African players, Yakubu Aiyegbeni was a predatory finisher at his very best
I weak to continue after this phrase. Images of Nigeria vs South Korea 2010 world cup flashed through my mind and haunted me.

Naira Marley alakoba.

Why on earth did Jabi Mall disobey government directives? How much were they offered that made them disregard rules in these dire times? At the end of the day was it worth it? They are lucky they aren't in Rivers State.

Serves them right.

As for that French poodle faced riff raff called Naira Marley, it is high time he was dealt with thoroughly and made an example of.

Because I knew there are heartless people like her. I was like, see what I am praying to God for and this one wants to kill him. Well done Op and thanks for the update.
Honestly. I'm not sure I can continue reading this story, feels soooo real. I am sad for baby. Maybe I'll stay off for some days till when the idiot girl starts loving her child(hopefully). If tory no follow that path, I'm off.
