WEAK PRAYER LIFE. (3).

Continued From Yesterday.

WHAT IS PRAYERLESSNESS?

1. When you are not praying at all.

Some people don't have prayer in their daily to-do list. They live their lives without prayers. They never commit anything to God in prayer.

Their prayer life is absolutely zero. There is no prayer featured in their daily activities or program.

2. Prayerlessness is when your prayer is inadequate.

When you pray snappy prayers.
There are people whose prayer time is brief, short, they pray as brief as only 5 minutes prayers daily.

Inadequate prayer will not get you your desired breakthroughs.

Inadequate prayers will not sustain your victory.

Inadequate prayer life, is a sign of a weak christain life. Your christain life is only as strong as your prayer life.

Inadequate prayer life exposes you to satanic attacks.
If you are not prayerful, you become a prey.

PRAYER POINTS :
1. In Jesus Name, I decide to be prayerful from now.
2. Holy Spirit open my eyes to truths about prayer.
3. I pray for grace to be strong in prayers.
4. Every arrows of prayerlessness are destroyed from my life.

WEAK PRAYER LIFE. (2).

Continued From Yesterday.

1 Thessalonians 5:17 (KJV)
"Pray without ceasing."

The above scripture commands that we develop a non stop prayer life and pray until something happens.

Your prayer life needs great revival.
If you spend more time in prayer, you will be amazed by the tremendous results you will get.

You need to pray more, to get the kind of breakthrough you desire.

The spiritual realm predetermines what happens in the physical realm.

And prayer is the greatest leverage you can use to turn every decision made in the spirit realm to your favour.

Matthew 26:40-45 (KJV)
"And he cometh unto the disciples, and findeth them asleep, and saith unto Peter, What, could ye not watch with me one hour? Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak. He went away again the second time, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if this cup may not pass away from me, except I drink it, thy will be done. And he came and found them asleep again: for their eyes were heavy. And he left them, and went away again, and prayed the third time, saying the same words. Then cometh he to his disciples, and saith unto them, Sleep on now, and take your rest: behold, the hour is at hand, and the Son of man is betrayed into the hands of sinners."

In the scripture above, the Lord Jesus Christ, condemned the prayerlessness of His disciples.

There are no tangible excuses you can give for your prayerlessness.

1. Holy Spirit help me to pray without ceasing.
2. Lord revive my prayer life.
3. My God, my Father, help me to spend more time in prayer from today.
4. Oh Lord, deliver me from excessive affecting my prayer life.

WEAK PRAYER LIFE. (1).

Luke 18:1 (KJV)
"And he spake a parable unto them to this end , that men ought always to pray, and not to faint."

The Lord Jesus Christ instructed that we should develop a consistent and strong prayer habit.

You are either prayerful or fainting and prayer-less.
It's either you pray or become a prey.

Whenever you are prayer-less, you become vulnerable to satanic attacks.

When the devil and the enemy wants to attack a christain, they first of all attack his/her prayer life.

Your prayer life is what creates the shield of God's fire burning around you.
If you pray well, things will go well for you and with you.

PRAYER POINTS :
1. In Jesus Name, I bind every spirit of prayerlessness from my life.
2. I reject every flimsy excuses why I am not prayerful.
3. I rebuke the spirit of fainting in prayer.

Rather than fear, you should be strong and of a good courage.

Repeatedly God also commanded that you should be strong and of a good courage, in the book of Joshua chapter 1.

"Be strong and of a good courage: for unto this people shalt thou divide for an inheritance the land, which I sware unto their fathers to give them. Fear makes your light not to shine. That is why God repeatedly said it in the book of Isaiah chapter 41, that you should not fear, because He will help you.

"Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness........For I the Lord thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee. Fear not, thou worm Jacob, and ye men of Israel; I will help thee, saith the Lord , and thy redeemer, the Holy One of Israel".

3). Fear hinders the shinning of our light.

1 John 4:18 (KJV)
"There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love".

Fear has torments. Fear kills faith. Fear hinders you from taking bold steps of faith to shine.

Isaiah 60:1 (KJV)
"Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee".

It takes faith, which boldness produces to arise and shine.

I decree, in Jesus Name, may you receive the faith to act boldly.

PRAYER POINTS :
1. I reject the spirit of fear from my life.
2. I bind every spirit of witchcraft against my progress.
3. From now, I will walk in faith in Christ Jesus.

Light is very powerful. Just a little speck of light will drive darkness away.

Any day and anywhere, light is more powerful than darkness.

John 1:5 (KJV)
"And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not".

As long as the light continues to shine, darkness has no choice but to bow to it.

That implies, if you shine as light wherever you are, the power of darkness cannot overcome you.

PRAYER POINTS:

2. I decree, my light will not go dim.

"Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven".

From the above scripture, believers in Christ are compared to light.

Indeed, we are addressed as the light of the world.
The Lord Jesus Christ instructed that we are expected to shine as the light in the world around us.

Continued From Yesterday.

(15). All doors are open at night.

Acts 16:25-26 (KJV)
"And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them. And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and every one's bands were loosed".

As Paul and Silas prayed at night, see the results which followed.

1. There was sudden Divine intervention.

Night prayers bring about, unexpected and sudden Divine turn around.

2. The power of God manifested usually.

There was great earthquake.
Night prayer causes the manifestations of God's power.

3. The prison foundation was shaken.

When you pray at night, the Lord will deal with foundational problems in your life.

4. All doors were opened.

That was another results of Paul and Silas's night prayers.
Do you desire your doors and opportunities to be opened? Then pray more at night.

5. All bands were loosed.

Evil chains are broken at night as you pray.
Since most evil dreams like eating in dream, sexual assault, seeing dead people etc occur during sleep, if you discipline yourself to wake up and pray more at night, you will experience total deliverance from such evil dreams.

(13). King David spent his night with God.

Psalm 119:62 (KJV)
"At midnight I will rise to give thanks unto thee because of thy righteous judgments".

David who fought many battles and never lost any, revealed one of his secret, he woke up at midnight to give God thanksgiving.

He also woke up at night to meditate upon God's Word.

Psalm 119:148 (KJV)
"Mine eyes prevent the night watches, that I might meditate in thy word".

(14). The Lord prayed all night.

Luke 6:12 (KJV)
"And it came to pass in those days, that he went out into a mountain to pray, and continued all night in prayer to God".

The above scripture says, the Lord Jesus Christ, prayed all night. That was the secret of His life and power.

PRAYER POINTS :
1. Holy Spirit, I pray for grace to be more prayerful.
2. I decree, I will make progress in life.
3. Oh Lord, make me grow in Your grace and knowledge.
4. Thank You Father for my salvation in Jesus Christ.

(12). Deaths and troubles are planned against people at night.

Job 34:20 (KJV)
"In a moment shall they die, and the people shall be troubled at midnight, and pass away: and the mighty shall be taken away without hand".

The above scripture confirms that the sudden deaths and troubles which come upon people were planned at night.

It was at night that God executed death in Egypt.

Exodus 12:29 (KJV)
"And it came to pass, that at midnight the Lord smote all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, from the firstborn of Pharaoh that sat on his throne unto the firstborn of the captive that was in the dungeon; and all the firstborn of cattle".

If you pray more at night, you will overcome sudden death and troubles that befall people mysteriously.

2. I decree, I will not die, but live and fulfill God's destiny for me.

(11). Evil exchange takes place at night.

The story of these two women who came to King Solomon confirms that it is at night that the enemy exchange evil with good in people's lives.

1 Kings 3:16-22 (KJV)
"Then came there two women, that were harlots, unto the king, and stood before him. And the one woman said, O my lord, I and this woman dwell in one house; and I was delivered of a child with her in the house. And it came to pass the third day after that I was delivered, that this woman was delivered also: and we were together; there was no stranger with us in the house, save we two in the house. And this woman's child died in the night; because she overlaid it. And she arose at midnight, and took my son from beside me, while thine handmaid slept, and laid it in her bosom, and laid her dead child in my bosom. And when I rose in the morning to give my child suck, behold, it was dead: but when I had considered it in the morning, behold, it was not my son, which I did bear. And the other woman said, Nay; but the living is my son, and the dead is thy son. And this said, No; but the dead is thy son, and the living is my son. Thus they spake before the king".

Marital, business, health destinies are exchanged at night.

Spiritual transactions take place in the spiritual markets at night.

It is only as you pray more at night, you will avert such transactions against you.

PRAYER POINTS:
1. Lord, restore all my loses.
2. In Jesus Name, I repossess my possession of destiny.
3. I pursue and recover all my blessings.
4. I rebuke the enemies from my prosperity.

(10). You will escape the arrows of the enemy.

There are terrors and pestilence that operate mostly at night.

It is as you pray at night, you will experience victories over them.

Psalm 91:5-6 (KJV)
"Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day; Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday".

David escaped Saul's evil plot against him at night.

The night hours are spiritually strategic for escape from the enemies traps, when you pray.

1 Samuel 19:10 (KJV)
"And Saul sought to smite David even to the wall with the javelin; but he slipped away out of Saul's presence, and he smote the javelin into the wall: and David fled, and escaped that night".

Continued From Yesterday.

9). God speaks at night.

God does speaks anytime, but I discovered from autobiographies and biographies of great men of God, they testified of God speaking to them on major and sensitive issues over the night, while they were praying.

Prophet Samuel is an example.

1 Samuel 15:16 (KJV)
"Then Samuel said unto Saul, Stay, and I will tell thee what the Lord hath said to me this night. And he said unto him, Say on".

As you keep awake to pray more at night, in the quietness of those hours, as you are sensitive and listening within you, you are likely to hear the still small voice of the Lord speaking to you.

It was also at night that God spoke to prophet Nathan.

2 Samuel 7:4-5 (KJV)
"And it came to pass that night, that the word of the Lord came unto Nathan, saying, Go and tell my servant David, Thus saith the Lord , Shalt thou build me an house for me to dwell in?"

Take your night prayer more seriously and listen to God speak more to you.

PRAYER POINTS :
1. Lord open my ears to hear Your voice.
2. Holy Spirit speak to me.
3. In Jesus Name, I receive grace to obey God.
4. Holy Spirit help me to be sensitive to Your voice.
