Ghana

They are now stepping into the big boys league. I am interested to see their performance from here on. USA is one thing, but now they really have to play football to survive!

England - Argentina final!
Christianity EtcRe: Ladies' Hair In Church by Reverend(m): 8:44am On Jun 22, 2006
I do not think God cares two nickels if women in church cover or do not cover their heads. I think that he is probably laughing to himself at this whole discussion grin grin grin

I think he will be pretty pleased if people just go to church in the first place, head covered, uncovered or in the nude!

Seeing as the Bible was written by man and not by God you can draw your own conclusions on what is right or wrong. The good book is a collection of fables and fairy stories that have been written and re-written hundreds of times over the past few thousand years. It bears no resemblance to the facts or what happened.

There are many more pressing issues that Christians should address! Whether women should cover their heads in church is up to the individual to decide. Next you will be telling us that menstruating women should not go to church grin grin grin

I find it incredibly funny how many of you search through the bible looking for passages to use against people and then go to great lengths to try and force your ridiculous doctrine on people.

Worshiping God is one thing. Trying to enslave Gods people with these idiotic and pathetic ramblings is degenerate!

It is nearly 8pm, what do you expect? grin grin

I am waiting for the match to start, Argentina - Holland! grin grin grin

But back to business. If you really had $400,000 to blow, it would be better to come up with your own concept. Start one or two outlets, then franchise your idea out!

Be your own master, that is the best !

@ Cucchi

Then now I know that you are an immigrant to the UK. Real Brit's would support their home teams and show a little patriotism cheesy cheesy cheesy

@cucchi

Well that makes it even worse. Ali's army did not even qualify for the competition (again)

Try being a bit more positive & supportive of your native teams, whether that be England, Ireland, Scotland or Wales!

If England were not in the competition and Scotland were, I would support them. cool cool cool
SportsRe: Germany 2006: Who Will Win The World Cup? by Reverend(m): 10:11am On Jun 21, 2006
@cucchi

We won our group with 7 points. Yes, I am confident grin

The play will only get better from now on and I am sure England are up to the task.

I really love it that people can be so critical of England. Lets talk again in a few days and see how many African or Afro-Caribean teams remain in the tournament! lipsrsealed

There are going to be quite a few flights heading in those directions tongue tongue tongue tongue

Poor Michael Owen sad

Looks like he has seriously injured his leg. He just fell over in the first few minutes of the game and had to be stretchered off the pitch.

England will still win the cup though grin grin grin

misanthrop:
Why would you even use Western standards, ie developed and underdeveloped, to measure success? Have we as Black people not learned that we cannot rely on Western barometers to truly measure ourselves, lest we always come up short. For example, few Black people, especially Africans, are considered beautiful by Western standards. How about getting some pride and franchising a Nigerian restaurant in American or other Western countries? Just a thought.
Yes, how about starting a Mc419'er in the UK. You could have the following menu:

Big McAbacha with Cheese
Risky Free Milkshakes
Obasanjo Chicken Nuggets
Modality Muffins
Western Union Fillet of Fish
Mugu Muffins

I am sure it would be a huge hit cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy

When it comes to bullshit, big-time, major league bullshit, you have to stand in awe of the all-time champion of false promises and exaggerated claims, religion. No contest. Religion.

Religion easily has the greatest bullshit story ever told. Think about it. Religion has actually convinced people that there's an invisible man living in the sky who watches everything you do, every minute of every day. And the invisible man has a special list of ten things he does not want you to do. And if you do any of these ten things, he has a special place, full of fire and smoke and burning and torture and anguish, where he will send you to live and suffer and burn and choke and scream and cry forever and ever 'til the end of time!

But He loves you. He loves you, and He needs money! He always needs money! He's all-powerful, all-perfect, all-knowing, and all-wise, somehow just can't handle money and can never prevent evil deeds!

Religion takes in billions of dollars a year, they pay no taxes, and they always need a little more. Now, you talk about a good bullshit story. Holy Shit!

300,000 people die in the Tsunami. Was that an evil act by Satan or just nature taking its cause?

If the devil did cause the tsunami then why did God not step in and protect those people? Maybe he has no power against the devil?

Let me tell you why he did not step in. He can not help and as for the devil, he does not exist other than in the minds of the brainwashed and manipulated followers of the false churches.

The devil and the evil work that he is associated with has been manufactured by the church to cover their phuck ups and contradictions over the past two thousand years. He is a good scapegoat for their mismanagement and bullshitting.

Evil does exist. It has firmly planted it roots in the very places you do not expect it to be!

Next time something bad happens on our planet ask yourself the question "Why did not God prevent this from happening"

And when you are told that it was the devils work, tell them "Bullshit"

Brazil are looking very weak against Australia!

It is now half time and the score is 0:0 and Australia have had far more goal possibilities than Brazil.

Interesting to see what the score will be in 45 minutes time :-)
