Pls I removed a tooth last august which is my lower molar on the left due to tooth holes and pain especially food particles get hidden in there and cause irritation and I hate it and the dentist advised me I should remove the upper molar and left and right ones also because he examined dem and told me I had a bad teeth in that set.
I refused to let go my upper molars and told him to just remove the lower left molar with the hole and since den I am comfortable.

But today I was tryin to remove particle from the upper right molar and it just broke away , why are my teeth always breaking like dis am I lacking calcium? What do I do
