thank you so much rezzy, my dear ive been there o, afraid catch me, I was even asking them about the epidural and if they offer it, I don't like all those corner corner hidden charges that some hospitals give, the lady at the reception told me 20k for anti nantal card, 15 for scans, and the amount for any required drugs shall be made known to me after registration, and to top it all, they did a compulsory D&C for my anty and they forgot some parts inside her, she had to go back to be opened and properly cleaned, they just did half job that cud have taken her life, they are just big and expensive for nothing, anyway the Lord is our strength.

Nawa o, even with their big money! Let's just pray for God's direction in choosing hospital. It was their fee that made me ran away.

@haemi nice, am in egbeda axis also. Am opting for island maternity hospital cos I heard they are good. But don't know if they do epidurals.
I had a very very very very very painful first labor and still had to go for cs, i can not even begin to stress the horror, ontop all I lost the baby cos of prolong labour. So for the love of Jesus can someone pls talk about epidural and where around its done and the possible cost. Any contribution is very appreciated.

Check Crystal specialist hospital @ Akowonjo Road. Since its a specialist hospital, they should do it. It's quite expensive. Ante natal card is. 20k

Lovely thread.. my little angel is 6 weeks old, when I delivered I dint Get milk flow immediately and the doc Gave us already made nan formula,i fed my baby with it for about 4 days b4 I Got milk and she was already used to the nan formula. Being a first time mom and no one around to tell us the best formula I sticked to nan but Goin tru d thread av read abt various formula,i want to knw which is the best Aldoe I breast feed abt 10 times daily and supplementing with formula. Attached is her pix,i also wanna knw if she looks healthy for her age.

Hahahahahahah story of my life. My baby sucks too, I'm not planing to stop him o. E beta he suck thumb than his mouth. You realise some babies suck in the womb so try till 2019 to stop them for wia, they wiull look for something else to suck. Keep giving him sucker( it didn't work for us). Try big supermarkets for the product.

Babies suck to soothe themselves and also to settle and fall asleep. If it's not the thumb it will be your boobs or the pacifier (sucker).
I will say go for the pacifier since he takes it and try to plaster his hands, cuz when he is older like two you can take the pacifier away and let him deal but you can't take his thumb away, therefore it will be very hard to get him to stop

My 11weeks old baby discovered his thumb last week and started sucking it aggressively,. He used to be cry cry that I have to carry him while doing house chore but since last week that he started sucking his thumb, his cry has reduced.

Some people told me to leave him and others said I should stop him. My Mil said I should use plaster or sucker. So I used the plaster on Friday. He cried throughout the night, he even woke up 3 am and refused to sleep.
So I gave him sucker yesterday but I don't know how safe it is.

Will the sucker stop him or should I plaster his hand.?

Yes not washing hair with shampoo. I don't even allow water touch my Lo's hair when bathing him except on hair washing day. Which maybe twice a week but more of weekly. I use johnson no tears shampoo. If the hair is tough try to get cream oil. Its oil but looks like lotion. It softens d hair so its easy to comb

Pls what's the name of the cream oil. Hope it will work,? my baby hair is too much

Anytime he comes, I will seat on his lap, he will start fingering me. When I try getting up, he will pin me down on his lap. And it was so pepperish . I refused going close to him when he comes but he will drag me. That's one problem with that area, getting affordable school is very scare.
