Apart from saving cost, drilling borehole 1st allows you to do a detailed investigation as to which point to drill. If you had started construction it might hinder the rig from getting to a point dat cud have served best for drilling.

I studied architecture in OAU, I designed it for my mom, she dropped the money, I still asked her yesterday and she's very good at keeping records, she said its not close to 5milla at all, we live together, I supervised the construction from the clearing of land to laying the first block till where it is now, God has just been faithful....so many people will tell you, they have built something like this and spent up to 8milla, 10 milla, I don't have to lie about this, the bricklayer is a family friend...
