For me, I would answer that it depends on how long I have stayed in the job at hand. If I had contributed immensely to the growth of the organization at the time the better job shows up, yes, I will move. But if I had barely spent a few months or so, and maybe the organization had spent fortunes on training me on the job, it would be selfish and insensitive of me to quit the job for a better one at that time, so I would hold on.
