Thanks! But my room has two windows and both are always open through the night. Just that this time around the nights are usually not as cold as one would like them.

Dear Nairalanders, I have a concern that has bothered me for a while. I am in my late 30's, I do workouts occasionally and try my best to eat healthy. I don't do junks. I am also into water therapy. I am chubby and weigh about 100kg currently.

With the brief info about myself, here is my concern: I sweat a lot, though I consider that to be normal considering my weight and the amount of water I take daily. However, what I find disturbing is sometimes I sweat in just half part of my entire body. For instance, I woke this morning to find myself sweating from the right part of my face and body down to my right leg. While the left part is dry and sweat-free. This has been regular occurrence.

If anyone has had a similar experience or suggestion please share with me so that I can learn and be helped. Is this a serious condition that requires me seeing a doctor? Please help a brother. Thanks!!!

Normally this period every year we witness Harmathan in various parts of the country.

But unfortunately that is not the case for those of us in Warri, Delta State, as the weather is devoid of any form of Harmathan. Though the sun is not hot, the heat can be unbearable especially at night. I sleep shirtless every night whenever there's no power supply (it's a constant thing here) where I stay.

I woke by some minutes to 4 this morning to have a shower because of the heat.

So what is it like in your location?

It is simple:
Have two or more accounts: Don't have an ATM card or internet banking on the account containing your major funds. While you can have ATM cards and internet banking on the others having marginal funds.
When you need to do big transactions from your major account, go physically to the banking hall, the cashiers will want to bully you into having ATM card and internet banking, insist you don't have a smart phone. They will do your transactions over the counter.
If they are obstinate, request to close the account and move your funds to another bank.
Never let them force or cajole you into doing internet banking and ATM card on your major account.

The road is now impassable with it numerouse gully's begging for attention of Nigeria.

That's terrible, I used that road a few months ago. As usual, I had to change one of my hubs, the other time was the back shocks, after then was the shafts.

You can't use that road without repairing something in the legs of vehicle!

While this is commendable, we hope they start this project and finish it with the same speed at which they carry out projects up North.

Secondly, I'm looking forward to when the Isuikwuato/ Okigwe Road will be awarded... That road is begging for mercy. You can't travel on that road and not work on the suspensions of your car, that's how bad the road is. Coupled with multiple erosion sites...
