you want the victims to report as soon as possible, but if they don't and lets say it did actually happen.....calling the victim foolish works according to your logic, it helps them to come out and report to the police. And two weeks renders the allegation false?

being ashamed is not an excuse for you......but don't come here to start dictating how someone reacts and feels after going through a traumatizing experience. For someone who just had their space invaded, they should be given the opportunity to be comfortable to open up and believe them and follow through with an investigation.

the opposite of what you have done here. That how you get them to talk. The stats is the reality but if you like you can choose to live in an alternate reality where insulting the alleged victim right off the bat is the best way to combat rape.

this is a country where law enforcement and court system works relatively better than Nigeria's and you have these astronomical numbers

Bro ask yourself.......are you part of the group propagating the silence of victims because they know even when they report their case they won't be believed?

Robbery is not the same as rape....concept is similar but not the same.

Besides, some people misused the word "borrow" to refer to lender. You dont say "borrow me money". This is incorrect.

The proper phrase is lend me money. Or loan me money. The one receiving the money is "borrower" nau.
