Politics › Re: NASS Leadership: Again, Tinubu Blasts Buhari, Atiku, Says They Are Disloyal by Rilwayne001: 6:10pm On Jun 18, 2015 |
[s]… OsilamaPN: Former Governor of Lagos State and National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, has once again torn into President Muhammadu Buhari and former Vice-President, Atiku Abubakar, for their role in the National Assembly leadership tussle that took place last week Tuesday.
Tinubu, who is the owner of The Nation newspaper, has been known to use its columnists and editorial staff to air his opinions about national issues.
Just last week, Tinubu had accused President Buhari of betraying the APC, saying that Buhari’s display of neutrality in the National Assembly tussle shows his disregard for the fate of the party.
On Monday, Tinubu, through the column of the Chairman of The Nation’s editorial board, Sam Omatseye, titled “First Storm,” again lambasted Buhari, saying that he has already started being haunted by his “I belong to everybody and I belong to nobody” statement.
He insinuated that Buhari perhaps encouraged the rebellion that took place in the NASS leadership saga that saw the emergence of Senator Bukola Saraki as Senate President and Honourable Yakubu Dogara as Speaker, House of Representatives, candidates that were not chosen by the APC.
“While the Senate sat and anointed Bukola Saraki as Senate President, the Senators regarded him as a nobody even though he called a meeting of all party leaders, including members of both chambers. Or was he the somebody who goaded them on as though he didn’t?” he said. Tinubu also accused Buhari of further encouraging the rebellion in the party, with the.... OLAADEGBU: Is it right for a Christian to call someone a fool or not?
Matthew 5:22 and Matthew 23:17; Psalm 14:1
Do not call someone a fool:
"[But I say to you, that whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment; and whosoever shall say to his brother, 'Raca,' shall be in danger of the council; but whosoever shall say, 'You fool,' shall be in danger of hell fire]" (Matthew 5:22).
Calling someone a fool:
"The fool has said in his heart, "There is no God." They are corrupt, they have done abominable works; There is none that does good]" (Psalm 14:1)
You fools and blind! For whether is greater, the gold or the temple that sanctifies the gold[?" (Matthew 23:17) How about this? "For my people are foolish, they know me not, they are stupîd children ..." Jeremiah 4:22

malvisguy212: NO, the bible was written by more than 40 authors, over a period of 1500 years! And most of this author make reference with each book, Jesus quote from isaiah,Paul quote from the psalm and genesis, the list goes on. But for the quran, only muhammed claimed to have received the revelation, no one was his witness, this is blind faith. You should come back here https://www.nairaland.com/2172133/question-did-jesus-read-bible/15 and we will discuss it better. Afterall, you ran away from the thread. |

Medicis: WOW!!!! You guys seem to know the Bible even more than us. Even God himself said in Exodus 33:20 But he said , ''you cannot see my face; for no man shall see me and live.'' This clearly shows that Moses did not see God in his GLORY in chapter 33:11. What the Bible simply means is that God has shown himself to people in different form but never in his GLORY(Exact form). I DARE YOU TO SHOW ME A PLACE IN THE BIBLE WHERE ANYBODY SAW GOD IN HIS GLORY. You can never discredit the Bible, it has been around before you were born and will still be around after you are long gone. I RELEASE YOU FROM SPIRITUAL CATARACT IN JESUS NAME!!!!! Deu 5:24 And you said, " The LORD our God has SHOWN us HIS GLORY and his majesty, and we have heard his voice from the fire. Today we have seen that a man can live even if God speaks with him. |

malvisguy212: I expect you to provide a verse from the quran which say Allah put his word on muhammed. I don't have to quote the Quran to validate the bible. The bible is a witness against itself. I have nothing to do with it.
Have a nice day |

Deu 18:16 For this is what you asked of the LORD your God at Horeb on the day of the assembly when you said, "Let us not hear the voice of the LORD our God nor see this great fire anymore, or we will die."
Can you explain the motive behing this^ verse?
I'm not validating the bible BTW. |
