i also agree heskey is the favourite NOW if england play 4.4.2. That can change, especially with heskey not playing much for Villa.
However, i dont see how heskey would start a big game(say england v argentina) @ the world cup with lennon, walcott, joe cole, hargreaves, barry, lampard & gerrard fully fit. IMPOSSICANT

Injuries aside, Gerrard is the closest thing to a strike partner Rooney will have. Fabio will probably go with a 4-5-1. James, Johnson, Rio, Terry, A.Cole, Lennon/Walcott, Barry/Hargreaves, Lampard, Gerrard, J.Cole/A.Young, Rooney.
Heskey, C.Cole, Agbonlahor, Defoe, Bent etc will slug it out for the bench. Considering the fact Heskey is seeing the least playing time, i dont think he has a better chance than the rest.
